I got my document signature Notarized and Mr. Wingfield was smart to see that it was for a state that requires an extra sheet for documents coming from California. Everything was done right, fast and courteous. Great store. Well maintained, go to this UPS store for sure!

BEWARE! In notarizing important documents for us, their notary made a significant error which our lawyer pointed out to us -- after we spent $140 there to have our documents notarized and mailed. When we asked them to please address the error, we were told by Jocelyn that it was our fault for not requesting the missing documents ourselves -- in other words, she expected us to know the notarization process better than the trained notaries on staff there. When we went to UPS to get our documents notarized, we expected a professional staff who would guide us through the process and who would do it according to legal standards. We are never going to this store again and recommend that no one uses it for notarization unless you are a lawyer and want to tell them every single aspect of the legal process you need.

Three trips to get a one signature document notarized. The one employee with the credentials was too busy or going on break. Don't waste your time here. Poor customer service.

I go to this UPS Store at least once a week, and I never have to wait long, and the staff are all very helpful and friendly.

I received awful service today from Karina Lopez. The entire experience was unpleasant, and she was extremely condescending and rude. She didn't at all acknowledge me when walking into the store to get help. During my short interaction with her, she made remarks such as " Are you even familiar with how this process works?". This is not typical of my experience here, as I come frequently to get service and others are helpful and friendly. However, my experience with Karina was so awful that I felt compelled to write in this review.

This location needs better staff. This is the 3rd time I've had to come back after being turned away due to employee telling me the item was not delivered. Even with proof, the employees tell me the item is not there. On April 6 & 17 I was turned away. When returning back with a the tracking info another employee tells me the package reached the maximum period item can be picked up and was sent back to sender. Today's employee tells me we have a lot of new employees. Unbelievable!

Usually I have a decent experience . Today I went to the store and the associate wanted to charge me for tape . I’ve come before and I’ve used tape without any problems . She advised me that it depends on how much tape I use . That concept alone is ridiculous. Take care of the customer when it makes sense . I really didn’t need that much . Waste of my time and poor experience that could’ve been managed with some emotional intelligence.

Not a very secure store. Just got notice that the package I had re-routed there (UPS My Choice) was picked up by someone else. I immediately called this store to report that I had not picked up my package. The person working at the counter handed my package over to someone. There is no way that anyone (outside of the UPS Store) would know I had a package auto routed to the UPS Store. Allegedly the person had a notarized letter releasing the package. When I called the store they didn’t know what to do to track or get my package replaced. There is no way that my id (license or passport) could have been presented or used as I have never had either document stolen or given out to anyone to use. Again the only people who knew my package was at this store were the UPS employees.

Busy with Christmas shipping but the clerks were working hard and the wait wasn't bad. Excellent service when it was my turn. Very pleased.
