I've been up member of US Bank for 20 years a loyal customer ever since Roxanna has become manager I don't even like going in there anymore she's judgmental she's cruel she definitely does not belong with managing a bank first chance I get I am definitely leaving I'm retired can barely pay my bills she treats me like a piece of trash I really think she gets off on it

This 5 star review is for Olivia.She helped me with an unauthorized charge on my account from Spectrum. Almost $500, so needless to say I was very concerned about this. She helped me file an investigation on this issue and wrote out in great detail to help explain my case. She really seems to know her business and knew how to handle this horrible situation for me. She handle this swiftly and to my complete satisfaction. She also helped with the removing on the charges on my account.I wanted to be sure and let US Banks know what a gem you have with “Olivia” working at this branch.Thank you so much, Olivia. Your work was greatly appreciated and so far very successful!Now for a zero star review… this has nothing to do with any of its employees at this branch!This is an ATM ISSUE…Their ATM machine has taken my money, not once but twice and not giving me credit for the deposit. Apparently this is a common practice at this location. So my advice is DO NOT USE THIS ATM HERE AT 555 Oceans Blvd. It eats your money!!It takes weeks to get your money back. And the ATM is in control by a third party so it’s very time consuming to get this resolved.Be warned people. Do NOT use this ATM!!!

It's no longer Union Bank. I understand when business get bought out and there is a learning cure. My accounts couldn't be accessed during my first week. Or curious it happened during payroll and I could not pay my employees because I didn't have any official letters or checks referencing my new bank account or routing number. I had three accounts and non worked with my Square Credit Card reader, or Zelle. I was locked out of accepting payment from my customers. The manager said she would replace my checks. So I went in and she walked back her promise. I waited two weeks for us bank to get back to me with regard to my safe deposit box. The same manager Breanne said she would call me back for an update. Never did. It took over two hours to close my accounts. Will never do business with US bank again. Poor service with a manager who does have integrity, who says one thing and does the other. I will miss the other employees who I have loved for years. This new manage Breanne is all excuses and apologies and never attempted to make things right or to honor her word.

I've been thinking at this Bank since it opened. Ive then banking in this building since it was security Pacific so I'm one of their oldest customers but lately I've had nothing but problems from this including including $5,000 in checks that they claim they sent that to me in the mail. That are missing

Every time I go to this branch I feel so welcomed. Everyone makes it a point to know my name and I feel like family when I come in there. The girls have amazing customer service, the branch is so clean despite being downtown Long Beach. I have been banking here with my work the last 2 years and I just opened up a personal account because they are just that good! Roxy, Nadia and the rest of the girls are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and their professionalism is unmatched. This is a team of rockstars!!

Horrible disgrace and disservice to the city of Long Beach. I just needed some Change to do my laundry just 1 roll of quarters. The bank teller insisted that I must have an account and that she can’t help me this bank is no good

If I could give this branch a 0 I would. The manager here is terrible the staff unhelpful. The nicest person here is the security guard. It's like COVID made people forget what good customer service is supposed to look like. They couldn't provide us with a simple letter, told us to contact fraud when fraud told us to go into any branch. They said they weren't my home branch then told me they couldn't tell me my home branch. I'd rather go to hell then deal with these humans. They wanted to go home and not help us. Yeah it was 4:15pm but they are open until 5pm and should help us until 5pm. All they had to do is print a letter on their letter head and the fat a** manager couldn't get up and do it. F*** this place.

My past experiences were very well , but ever since the manager with the fake exaggerated smile and over done make up has appeared it's been quite unsettling .... Good she's wearing a mask , her attitude is ugly enough .
