I was a customer of Union Bank when US Bank bought them. Everything I need to do is now a hassle with US Bank. Their conversion team was a total failure. I’m very unhappy and I’m looking for a new bank for my business and personal accounts.

I went to put money into a joint checking account and this rude lady threw my card like a piece of crap . Her name Maricelia or Maicela anyways she's rude . I won't be dealing with people like that . I held my tongue but next I won't .

I think it’s the worst bank in US. I use BOA, Chase, Wells Fargo and they are 10 times better and easier to work with. US Bank is super complicated. Recommend to avoid at all times.

The bank teller was nice and professional. Advice me of some the services that are provided. I also liked that the location closes at 7pm since it's inside Vons. I will defend return to cash my checks. Keep up the great customer service

I did not have a good experience here. Be careful when they have any promotions because not even the managers know the full details. I signed up when they had the 75 dollar promotion to open an account. It took me about 3-4 months to get the money back. Also all transactions last a long time on pending. Their staff were all very friendly and patient. The problem is that if management cant convey details to their employees then how are they going to know how to inform the consumers.
