I visited the U.S. Bank location in Long Beach for the first time, and wow—I’m blown away! I came in a little skeptical, expecting the usual “meh” service I’ve seen at other banks where employees seem like they don’t care. But this branch completely proved me wrong.
The service here is amazing. Not only did they resolve my issue quickly, but they also went above and beyond to show me ways to manage my money better and get cash back. Talk about value!
Rayyan, the greeter, made the whole place feel welcoming—like a second home. And Bryanna, my banker, was incredible. She helped me with way more than I came in for and made the entire experience stress-free.
This branch deserves way more love. Don’t let the “low rating” fool you—these people know how to take care of their customers. Highly recommend!

DO NOT BANK HERE. I opened a business checking and made sure it was the type that doesn't get charged a monthly fee. They opened the type that does. Then I went in to change it and she said she did and I'm still being charged a monthly fee.

Right off PCH or pacific coast highway to tourist. Near food water and gas all here. Its a bank in a outdoor triangle of goods and services.

Totally unprofessional. Took me four attempts to get some statements for visa purposes printed. 1. made appointment online with my requirements, arrived at the bank my requirements were not found and copies could not be made right away. 2. picked up the copies a week later, the teller Hebe Torres printed the wrong date range, I called in the error and she did not seam to care much. 3. wanted to pick up the new copies a day after they were supposed to be done, they were not ready. My wife waited and brought them home. 4. on the new ones they cut off the dates on the copies and therefore the statements are useless as much as the staff involved in this task at this location. Crypto will make banking obsolete, can't wait.

I came to US Bank to refinance my auto loan and thankfully it was a really easy process. The bank manager Hebe was super helpful and knowledgeable and made the process a breeze. I brought my toddler into the branch and she had enough trinkets and toys to keep him occupied during the appointment lol. She created a new account for me, showed me how to use the mobile app and taught me how to register with Zelle to make my car payments easier. ALSO-- she reduced my car note by $70/month and lowered tf out of my interest rate, so I'm definitely happy with that. Would definitely recommend

Everything about this location indicates it is open on Mondays. It is not. Why this is not clearly indicated online or on the location itself is a mystery. It’s also aggravating when you drive all the way there and find it locked up during what should be normal business hours.

I would put no stars if I could. I read a previous post that spoke about this particular location being racist. We chose to override it and go anyway. My husband and I experienced the most racist encounter with one of their bankers Jaiden Thuresson. What's really sad is racism still exist in this day and age. I'm not one to mention racism at all but this was pretty disheartening not to mention. We bank with Wells Fargo and have never encountered this type of character and personality. Not in the banking industry. I came here to have a separate account at another bank. I'll stick to where I am. Sorely disappointing.

Just opened up an account with this bank after having my wallet stolen and I am very happy with the benefits and the customer service I received. Kat was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this bank to any service member and their family!
