I feel US Bank is a GREAT bank and others should REALLY consider opening an account and trying their services out. I truly feel you will be suprised. They have a small town feel in the way they treat each customer and that their systems are so user friendly. The do not feel like a corporation at all except for the abundance of locations. I have NEVER had a bad experience with US Bank where I have had horrific issues with two other well known, large banking institutions. Try them ! I know you will be pleasantly surprised.

Employe, only one I know of so far, doesn't seem to like her work or dealing with people or just has bad days idk. The manager takes the side of her employees even if there dead wrong. Not a very great place to do your banking in the store even, seems so public for dealing with your money, less secure feeling if anything. Anyways just my thoughts, probably ganna stick to making it to an actual branch on time from now on.

U.S. Bank is awesome. Unlike the thiefs from banks like wells fargo (I had personal and business accounts with them) US bank has really shined through. I've been a loyal customer for well over a decade, and for good reason. Amazing bankers, personalize care (just being a normal citizen) this is the bank you want your money in. Just to be transparent, I always banked at the branch on Woodruff and carson in the Vons. Amazing service. Shootout to Maria! But now my closest branch is this location. No issue with withdrawing some cash, professional and quick service. Not sure about the negative reviews.

App will get u overdraft fees by no fault of your own and youll be forced to pay 30 each time. Credit unions are better people friendly alternatives

Trash what’s experience I’ve had in years not only that I a rush to get off of work to come get a money order from my own bank when I showed up 10 minutes before closing I was refuse service. I was told that I can get a money order from the grocery store for less even though with my safe checking account I get a discounted price when I try to get a money order from the grocery store. I was later told that I have to do it in cash and which I couldn’t take out because the bank portion in the grocery store closed already then I had to go to Walmart in last minute to receive help to a long line. What’s the point of having a bank that stays open later, but when you show up, you don’t receive any help, I only came to this location because they open later I only signed up because their open hours are different than other banks and work well with my work schedule if I can give it, no stars, I would three employees couldn’t help me to takes no more than about a minute to make a money order to with the tops which they still would’ve been able to close on time

I would like to thank employee, Antwaun at US bank located inside Ralph's on Carson street in Long Beach. I needed help in informing US bank that I was going out of state and Antwaun went ABOVE and BEYOND and got on the phone and handled everything for me. I did not even have to lift a finger. Antwuan is always courteous and very professional and always greets me with a smile. US Bank definitely needs more employees like Antwaun. Thank you Antwuan???

I am VERY grateful for Maria at this location I have had the RUN AROUND for my Savings Bonds to get deposited and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. My appointment I booked on the app was only for 30minutes but she allowed me to stay as long as the process took and gave me GREAT DETAIL on my next steps after leaving 45 mins later. Out of ALL US BANK company's I went to this was the ONLY ONE that didn't just send me away with no answers to why they couldn't help me to deposit my Bonds. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Sincerely, 1 happy customer.

I was reading the reviews from this horrible bank, wow, would I chance going there.You betcha, I went about 12:30, and yep it's the same as it always is..... customer service reps waiting to help smiles on both of their faces. There were 4 vusto.ers and we were through in less than 5 minutes. As always I'm glad I opened my account at US Bank. I only wish they would reopen the one in the Walmart in Cerritos.Thank you for being there.
