Worst post office ever!!!!!! Packages are never deliver on time or NEVER deliver at all. Customer service is the worst; dont waist your time calling for customer service, THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!

Absolutely the worst. Period. Workers are friendly but they are extremely understaffed. Came by to drop off mail. Waited thirty minutes and three people were helped and in the process of being helped. Paid for parking (meter) and didn't receive any service. Had to return back to work. This place is horrible. Go somewhere else.

God bless the workers at this location because Lord knows they have to deal with a lot of issues being in DTLB. But my goodness, this is truly the slowest post office in the area. I recently went to drop off a boxed, ready-to-go package that was too big for the drop box. And it took 15 MINUTES to reach the window for a simple transaction. There were only two folx ahead of me. If you're in a rush, DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION.

Here we go again--another week with no mail. The supervisor met with our HOA president and said she will resolve the situation and mail would be delivered. There are people who receive medications by mail and they are not being delivered. What is going on with this post office? Why can we not depend on you to deliver mail?

Understaffed, unorganized, purposely slow, and they try to charge you more than they should. Use UPS and FedEx in all cases

This post office is always late in opening. Today they opened at 08:40am. Their business hours are 08:30am the P.O. Boxes prices is too expensive.Customer service sucks. Only the Asian lady has an excellent customer service but she been here since I first opened my box in 2001. Everyone else is rude seems not happy working here 3 times I had told 3 different employees if your not happy with your job go find another job. Yes I still do business here because I'm local and when I do I let everyone else go in front of me if the Asian lady is helping someone else. I wait for her. No customers shouldn't have to choose the person that wants them to serve at any businesses. But I do here because THEIR RUDE!!! 15 people in line right now and they have 1 lady at the window smh. If I had a choice in the last since 2001 I would take my service elsewhere.

History of lost and delayed packages and poor customer service at the downtown LB location has caused me to exclusively use alternate mail and package delivery services. - High dollar packages that never arrived, (were tracked to the last location) then tracking mysteriously deletes and insurance claims had to be filed. - Collectibles (movies, other media) late delivered by months and arrive w/package opened and re-sealed with fingerprints and food & popcorn on the items. - Workers at package hold window can't find anything but I can clearly see it from the lobby floor window. - Workers at service lobby with very strange control issues refusing to sell you what you requested for no reason at all. Don't like having my patience tested.I'm now down to only one business that still requires me to deal with USPS. Once they adopt the electronic pay system I'll be totally free.

I put in a hold mail request for 30 days to go on vacation & what do you know they didn't hold my mail & none went to my address or at least none of the credit cards sure all the junk mail came every time I went to go check mail guy was never at work that day & manager had no clue what was going on she gave me number to call so I don't have to keep going up there but of course no one answers the phone!!!! Soooo incompetent

I had to drop off a package before lobby opening hours and had to literally fight with the mailbox chute to even get it open so I can place my packages inside of it.. Also, homeless people were sleeping inside the PO Box area so just be aware of your surroundings when inside. I will be checking my prepaid tracking labels to make sure my packages safely ship out from this location.

The building is monumental. The staff is always friendly. I don't understand the negative reviews. The area is also improving. Sure, there's a line sometimes, but that's in every post office.
