I love this location , manager Tiffany R, was very friendly and helpful , she show me through the property show me the unit and explained the process, customer service was 10 , I’ve been in other properties and this is by far the best one. I’m planning to stay here for a while. I know my stuff is safe and in good hands.

Avoid at all cost!!! this place is very bad a lot of these storages get robbed. It's next to the canal and have a lot of grifters and bad people going thru it. I had a very bad experience they stole my important belongings and possessions even before they stole it I notified the manager that I noticed signs of someone trying to break into my storage and they did nothing. My stuff was stolen and the insurance company is constantly giving me the run around for months (W K Webster Ltd). any other place I'd suggest just than this one trust me you'll save cash and have sound mind.
