Not receiving mail. Can’t reach a human being at the post office. So I call to submit a ticket. This office called me back and had my mail finally delivered. But it’s not over. That was apparently a one time deal. I should not have to spend hours every week to just get one time delivery of mail. They are failing at their basic duty to deliver mail. This is unacceptable. I’m again calling hoping they delivery my mail everyday like they are supposed to.

They're always so backed up and slow they never notice how many of the supplies I use and don't pay for, 5 stars

I avoid using the counter here as much as I can, and let me tell you, this place is absolutely the worst post office. I went in there today to send something and was told I needed a label to write the address on, I asked for one and the mail clerk told me at the counter that they did not have any. I also came to pick up mail that was being held for two weeks while I was out of the country, after I had submitted a Request and today was the day to go pick it up at the location of the post office (per the confirmation I received that stated that today was the day to pick it up and that I needed to go to the post office to pick up the mail.) the mail clerk told me that I had no mail, and she had no idea where it was and I could write my number down to speak to a supervisor and they would call me back later. Seeing how two weeks of mail mysteriously could not be found, I asked to speak to a supervisor which she said would be right out. 45 minutes later, there was no supervisor. Also, within that waiting time someone else asked for a blank label and she gave them one to write the address on which made no sense to me at all. The staff is horrible and incompetent and it doesn’t feel like they care about anybody coming in because who waits 45 minutes without a supervisor coming to talk them them and the clerk ignoring you like you are invisible. What’s funny is while I was talking to the person I was with, another customer that came in overheard me and said that is exactly why they avoid that office altogether so at least I know I’m not the only one that has frustrations with this location. Go to another office if you can.

The whole staff is trash including the supervisor they will lie in your faceAnd refuse to do there job correctlyI don't think this post office has any standards anymore. Most definitely they don't follow any policies the post office has posted on there siteThey will refuse to get you a POST MASTER WHEN YOU ASK FOR ONE You will have to file a complaint every time you want something doneLIKE GETTING YOUR MAILOr simple customer serviceI've been in there multiple times and every time I'm forced to file a complaint that's how bad it is

Love the architectural design of this building. It's a landmark for L.A. County. Worth just checking it out even if you don't need anything from the U.S.P.S.

By far the most poorly run post office I’ve ever been to, which includes post offices in tiny developing countries with no electrify.

Ordered a banner that is a size of an letter envelope and the package was deemed unable to be delivered and held for pickup although the mail for the day was delivered. How annoying ?. 1 star ? just to post. Somebody must have left the package and decided not to deliver it. ?

Access was unavailable and tenants were given a one day notice to grab our mail or it would be sent back to senders by the end of the day. Many of us were at work and saw the nothing Saturday evening meaning we couldn't get our mail because the post office was closed by the time we got off.Monday morning many of us went to pick it up were we waited nearly 2 hrs since opening with the first hour not having a single employee at the windows. After an hour wait only one employee was there to help and spent 15-20 with the first guy in line. After nearly 2 hours me and many others left because we had work or other time sensitive errands to run. Other employees occasionally popped their heads out and laughed at the line that had formed and the clearly annoyed customers. I've always heard how bad this post office was but seeing it first hand it's easy to see a better system needs to be put in place.

I've shipped at least 15 times out of this location and I've never had any issues. Sure, the employees behind the windows aren't going to win any personality contest, but they've never been rude or unprofessional towards me. I've never had any lost packages or broken items upon delivery. I can see how the employees could have "moments" with customers, but I always walk up with a smile on my face and a friendly attitude and they've always responded just fine. Like I said, none of the employees there that I've encountered are going to win a personality contest, but I don't need them to. The only complaint I could have is that there are sometimes long lines, but that can happen anywhere you go. And lastly, this is in response to the previous review from a lady. You say the PO worker was racist because you are a white girl... Did they say something that would back up your racist theory? You don't mention why you say they are racist towards you, just that they are. So I have to assume that you're just assuming because you're white and they are not and if they were rude to you or not friendly doesn't automatically qualify them as a racist. The reason could be a plethora of reasons like they are having a bad day etc. Don't be so glib and wreckless when it comes to accusations of racism... It's irresponsible and immature. Grow up and buy some Kleenex. PS: I'm also caucasian so you can't read this and say he must be of their color and racist too.

History of lost and delayed packages and poor customer service at the downtown LB location has caused me to exclusively use alternate mail and package delivery services.-High dollar packages that never arrived (were tracked to the last location) then tracking mysteriously deletes and insurance claims had to be filed.- Collectibles (movies, other media) late delivered by months and arrive with package opened and re-sealed with fingerprints and food and popcorn on the items.- Workers at package hold window can't find anything but I can clearly see it from the lobby floor window.-Workers at service lobby with very strange control issues refusing to sell you what you requested for no reason at all. Don't like having my patience tested.I'm now down to only one business that still requires me to use USPS. Once they adopt the electronic pay system I'll be totally free.
