Best service I’ve ever experienced at a USPS. Just keep in mind their hours and that they close for a lunch break from 1-2. I’ve never experienced a long line and the clerk is always super friendly and personable. They also scan packages unlike some other USPS locations for accurate and faster tracking.

The people giving good reviews must work there. There's always a long line always 1 tellar who takes bo less than ten minutes with each customer, even buying 1 stamp takes awhile.

This is such a cool USPS Office location inside the big building first floor.
One of the best I have ever came across. It is spotless clean. The staff are super friendly and were quick to help! Make sure to visit before 11:30am and after 2:00pm in case there are lunch times that interfere with office being closed.

I was worried because of all the negative reviews but Myra was an absolute gem. So kind and positive, and made shipping a care package an absolute piece of cake. There was also one curb side parking spot for 30 minutes right next to the building.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this USPS location. According to both their website and the posted hours on their door, they are supposed to be open until 1:00 PM before closing for a lunch break. Today, June 18th, 2024, I arrived at 12:25 PM, expecting to have plenty of time to conduct my business. To my surprise and frustration, the office was already closed.
There were still 35 minutes left before their scheduled lunch break, and yet the doors were locked. This is unacceptable and a clear violation of their posted hours. I understand the need for a lunch break, but closing early without any notice is unprofessional and highly inconvenient for customers.
I ended up going home because I was not going to wait until 2:00 PM when they were supposed to reopen, and now I am left wondering if they even stick to that time, given their disregard for their posted schedule.
This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable, and the staff at this location need to be held accountable. I will be contacting their superiors to ensure this issue is investigated and addressed. Customers rely on posted hours to plan their visits, and USPS needs to follow through with the service they promise.
I have attached an image of the closure of this facility along with a time stamp to verify that i was there at said time.

I had to go into the post office for the first time today and Myra was extremely helpful and friendly! My arm is in a sling and writing is difficult, so she wrote it out for me without even having to ask!I’ll make this my go to post office from now on!

Myra was helpful and friendly during my short visit in Sept 2023. Tip for new visitors, once you enter the main doors of the WTC, take a right and go down the hallway past the elevators (on your left) and the law office (on your right). The poat office is in the right corner.

Thieves at this post office too since they service the area. They are scanning envelopes and having the mail carriers redirect what they think is valuable. Contacted the governor's office to investigate.

Ever notice how little we actually physically mail letter size envelopes these days? Besides the bulk sending of Christmas cards that my wife does, everything else is either certified mail to international locations or sending a form that required a 'wet' signature through physical pages (though I would argue that except for the government, and certain ancient financial institutions that refuse to use a digital signature system like Docusign, everybody has switched). Well, I had that requirement so I looked for the nearest blue collection boxes and I couldn't find one close. Growing up, that was just an expectation, but I guess USPS has been removing them (i always wonder the shenanigans that people do, stuffing the boxes with who knows what). I also know that the postal carriers are supposed to pick up outgoing mail when delivering mail, but I never felt particularly good doing that (making them carry that back). Plus, the envelope was overstuffed (remember my dad telling me that if the envelope has more than 3 8x11 pages, it was probably over the 1st class postage stamp limit)...so since paying for EXACT postage makes me feel good, and a label generated at the post office would hopefully make the mail processors not think twice about an overstuffed white envelope, making the trip to the nearest post office sounded like a good idea. This is a nice location, though a bit hard to find. It is located on the first floor of the World Trade Center Long Beach (it does NOT have it's own outside entrance). From the outside, it always looks like it is closed (dim lighting, with closed doors), but it was open, though not very busy at all. I'm used to a post office clearly broadcasting what it is, with a self-standing building with mail processing in the back and a fleet of the white/blue "driver on the passenger side" postal vehicles situated in the giant parking lot. Instead, this screamed that it was located in a metropolitan city center, hob-knobbing with other giant corporate entities that makes our lives run. Though after paying $0.83 for the service, it is even more clear to me why the post office is in deep financial trouble. That being said, I do think this post office will be our go-to for things related to our USPS (though I just realized that I took more time writing this 'review' than actually interacting with the post office on my errand....)

I really wish I could give no star at all. The lady working in front saw that I was coming in and rolled her eyes at me and I politely asked her a question and she responded with a very rude tone. she really needs to find a new job if she's not happy with the one she's in right now. Always such a horrible experience in this post office.
