I never experienced such bad customer service till I came to this post office. The older lady named Marlyn at this location is super rude and unprofessional. Someone really needs to retrain the people here to act like decent human beings. This lady has horrible reviews dating back to over 10 years ago. Why is she still working here? So sad..

It’s literally never anyone in-front but one worker and she moves beyond slow the line is out the door the other workers are gossiping doing absolutely nothing they need a new manager team lead something definitely the worst location they literally watched people leave from being frustrated then the manager comes out to fake assist horrible customer service

Waiting around all day today, wasted my day off to receive a message “delivery failed - business closed” … first off, it’s a residence and also they never even drove or walked down my street … lazy, lying carriers and I will be filing a formal complaint as well.
