This location is beyond frustrating. The staff here consistently fail to get even the basics right. I have packages delivered to my PO Box, yet they donāt put in a notice slip, notify me, or even place them inside the box. Instead, Iām left waiting in long linesāsometimes even when Iām the first one hereāwhile no one seems to know whatās going on. Waiting for an item that should already be in my box, with no explanation, is unacceptable. And unfortunately, this is just one of many ongoing issues Iāve experienced at this location.

Employees do not know what they are doing! They tried charging me extra to ship a package saying it was āhazmatā. I told them there is nothing hazmat about my package. The older lady at the first window said, well it shows an āHā on the label, so that means itās āhazardousā. I told her to google what the āHā stands for under fedex labeling because it does not stand for hazardous it stands for āhome deliveryā. I was then told the only way to ship this package was to label it as āhazmatā. Itās shocking to me that these employees do not know how to handle situations and immediately consider themselves to be ārightā without understanding the situation. Employee working window 1 (older lady) July 29th @ 12:55pm - I simply went to another USPS location that had properly trained employees and my package was processed as normal.

They are Very Rude and Straight Face Especially the Lady that's been there for years, Gray hair with glasses, She Nvr has a a smile on her face, Nvr ever, Is it time for her to Retire already?! Zero Customer Service Skills at all! Lines Always Long, It takes Forever for Someone to answer the Stupid Doorbell, to Retrieve Your Mail, Just Terrible!

To the lady with glasses and thin white/greyish hair, if you hate your job, just say that. Please don't interact with the public if you're going to be over worked and annoyed at a job you signed up for.

Worst service ever out of the Anaheim/Temple PO..Iāve had to go in person several times to report issues only to have their Manager/head guy Jaime roll his eyes at me & blow me off, Im still having issues getting my mail delivered to MY mailbox & not my neighbors (who are not friendly) so that sucks. And donāt me started about my weekly store flyers/coupons, maybe get them once a month, Iām old school & want my damn flyers!
Now Iāve got thieves breaking into our mailbox & broken the locks, ugh!

Very rude and they even get your personal information wrong. Tried to see if i can access my po box deliveries on the weekend, and instead of being met with a polite we are closed , I get yelled at by an employee all whilst all other employees laugh. Be mindful here.

I have caught my postman on several occasions walking away with our complex mail boxes open for grabs. He throws mail on ground, puts mail in wrong box, doesnāt leave keys for lock boxes and as of recently fully leaves the mailbox open without locking back up. Mail has been stolen. Very frustrating. USPS do better.

Worst place ever .I had to wait over an hour to get my mail due to our complex being broken into we had to pick up our mail at this post office.They need better and faster service..

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Iāve had constant issues with my PO Box here. The location is always overcrowded, and they closed my PO Box without providing any updates or notices. When I asked about it, they told me they arenāt required to notify me unless they feel like it.
Theyāve also returned my mail for no valid reason, claiming it was due to the mailbox being full, even though I had paid for six months and was up to date on payments. It turned out they never properly updated the PO Box information from the previous renter. On top of that, they charged me a $25 closure fee.
Itās clear the staff here have no accountability and donāt care about their jobs or the customers theyāre supposed to serve.

Mail is always placed in wrong mailbox or wrong address. Can't get anyone on the phone to report this. It's ridiculous. I have important mail I never receive due to putting in wrong mailbox.
