The same company that trained the DMV must have trained the people at the post office. the lack of customer service and the amount of attitude must make me believe you have the MOST stressful job. All I’m asking for is to be cordial. I know you’re capable of that, cause you were cracking up with your friend / coworker before I walked up. Sorry I interrupted your conversation while you were at work 😑

Don’t leave your packages in the drop off it can be either lost or stolen. If you plan to drop if off always wait in them big lines to make sure they scanned and get a receipt. Never again!! They need to upgrade there drop off and do it like the one in Atlantic.

I thought people working in the post office are use to people asking them questions regarding mailing packages but I guess not! I came in on 4/16/24 and the manager, Jessica, was extremely rude to me. I had a return with a pre-paid label. I asked her what I needed to do and she was very short with me and sounded irritated for me asking what I had to do. Then I had to purchase the tape. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever done. I will never mail a package again with USPS and if I do, I certainly won’t come to the Cabrillo location in Long Beach. I see why they have 2 star reviews. Do better people!

Now I understand why this place has such terrible reviews. I came to drop off a packet which was not taped and I've never had an issue in other post offices. This lady working on 12/29/2023 at 12:55pm was so rude and did not allowed me to return my package told me to go back home and tape it myself. There was tape in there and when I was about to get a piece she yelled at me and told me that I should go buy some or go look at home if I had any. So unprofessional and disgusting behaviour. This place needs better workers.

I'm here at this post office location on 23rd and Santa Fe Ave in Long Beach. It's 9:30 a.m. but is not open. The iare about 15 customers sitting in their cars and standing by the entrance. They are getting very impatient waiting for the doors to unlock.
