Everyone except Theresa is amazing. Shouldn’t shame people for not wanting to use the kiosk, so we can have automatic updates and scanning immediately for buyers / shops. Terrible customer service from her.

I love going to this place. Never a long wait and the people who work there are super friendly and helpful.
I like to go early on the weekday mornings as parking on 2nd Street can get dicey.

🌟 Shoutout to an Outstanding USPS Employee, Michael! 🌟
I want to give a HUGE shoutout to an incredible employee at this USPS location, Michael! He is truly a kind soul: patient, informative, and genuinely helpful. I’ve been to many USPS offices, but this one stands out because of Michael. Every visit has been a positive experience, and that’s rare.
Michael has helped me on multiple occasions. Most recently, I dropped off my wedding invitations with destinations in Mexico and across Southern California. He kindly guided me through the entire mailing process, including checking the weight, advising on postage, and answering every question I had with clarity and care.
His service is nothing short of exceptional. He makes what could be a stressful task feel easy and even enjoyable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely values helping customers.
I hope management sees this and gives Michael the recognition he truly deserves. Thank you, Michael, for making such a difference!

I needed to refund a spoiled money order. The Anaheim St office staff was mean and told me they won't do it. Here they did it quickly and they were super nice. If you live in Long Beach use this office!

They said they couldn't take my packages with prepaid labels because they didn't have room but we're still taking individual packages from everyone that came in. I had a tote bag worth. I already paid for the labels so it's like they were turning me away after taking my money.

Our mail woman in Belmont Shore is absolutely fantastic. Deborha is a staple of the neighborhood. She says hi to literally everyone and makes this place feel like a legitimate community with her smile and charm! Please share this with her leadership and keep her on the Belmont Shore postal route.

Wow! For 35 blissful years I have been coming to the Belmont Shore Post Office...Over the years, I have enjoyed real friendships with the tellers until... the post office hired not one but TWO mean Aunt Esters. They are big, mean and rude. From now on, it will no longer be the joy in my day going in there. We are a friendly town and those two do not fit in. Hopefully, other people will complain too. I am 74 and disabled and I was there at 5:00, they were still waiting on people but the Esters delighted to tell me they were closed, for me. Some people are only happy when they are bullying other people.
