I'm not sure if the people who work here could be less helpful. Thank god for the kiosks so I can do most shipping myself. This place runs at a snails pace and I am always spoken down to for not knowing exactly what packaging/postage I need. Certain priority mail envelopes are only kept behind the counter so you have to wait in line even if you plan on using the kiosk. Today I was trying to quickly drop off a prepaid package and I was treated like a kindergartener who couldn't do simple math. The customer service is just awful. My two babies were crying because the visit took so long and by the end of the ordeal I was crying too. No sympathy or help. I wish there was a different post office near my house but unfortunately I have to keep coming here.

How does a packing and shipping center not offer any packing tape to its customers? Tried to sell me packing tape for $5.99. Just tape up my box buddy, it’s not that serious.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They were short staffed, however, that wasn’t the problem. The problem was that the staff here had zero consideration for customers’ feelings and an extreme lack of care for the customers. I eventually asked the clerk (a filipino man with a tattooed arm) if they cared about customer service and he replied, “Idk ma’am, i’m a robot.” I proceeded to try to speak with a supervisor but they continued to act as if they had no time for me. Absolutely disappointed and even disgusted with the treatment. I hope the supervisor of these locations, Kiana Newman, gets a handle on her staff. Never coming here again.

This is the worse post office in the history of post offices! Slow is their slogan and the customers are never prepared with labels!!!Slow AF!!!!!!!

The worst service. People have worked there for 20 years and act surprised when you want to mail something and offer absolutely no help or guidance. The woman and old man need to be fired.

The people who work here are nice enough, friendly. But they don't seem to ever have more than 1 clerk working the line at a time no matter how long the line is. Maybe just my bad luck when I come. This wouldn't fly in a retail environment, but it's government, so what choice do you have.

Why is there no mailbox outside so I can mail my letter. The PO has taken away so many mailbox's on the street. Also the place where I live the Postman does not take your mail to be mailed and most of the time my mail and others are in the wrong mailbox!!!!!

Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, unless you have 30 minutes to spare and be rudely spoken to. There was only one associate working with a line of more than 15 people. Not only was there a line long but the associate was rude, sarcastic, and seemed miserable working there. As I was waiting in line I could hear the customers waiting in line saying that it's always like this. Another lady saying that's why she normally goes to a further location. If I could give it 0 stars I would. First and last time that I'm coming to this location.

Don't kid yourself. You won't make a quick stop here. The line will stretch out the door. The clerks will make small talk while 20 people wait. Go to FedEx.
