Hit or miss with regards to wait times but everyone inside working there is helpful & accommodating. A true neighborhood post office with employees who haven't been dulled by the grind.

Dropped off a package for delivery at 9 a.m. when office opened. No line, but clerk said to drop it in the designated chute, which showed next pick up at noon. The package sat until the NEXT DAY or rather NIGHT and wasn't even scanned as accepted until after 7 p.m.34 hours later! Pathetic!

Came in today (Friday) around 11:30am. There was a small line and one person behind the counter. Everything was well stocked - plenty of priority mail envelopes and labels. Lots of cards and envelops to choose from. Alrin, the lady behind the counter, was one of the most pleasant and helpful people I’ve ever encountered at a USPS. She helped me get the right shipping time and price for my package. She was patient and didn’t rush me along. She moved the line forward quickly and was nice to every customer. Wow! First time I’ve ever left a USPS not feeling annoyed or frazzled. Please give this woman a raise!

Ana is the worst clerk I have ever encountered. I left in shock after I witness her throw a 5lb box with fragile stickers into a bin with such anger. This is not acceptable. Her attitude needs to be corrected.

If you have something quick to do DO NOT COME HERE. This is a small location with mainly one person working the desk at a time until it gets busy. I came in twice in the same day and had two totally different experiences. I believe a negative incident happened right before I came in because the person at counter who was helping people seemed irate. They were talking about retirement with another patron who they knew. They literally said "Dont mess with the mail people". I guess the previous man offended them, but thats not the way to handle a situation with 5 other customers in the building. The other employee came out to help after seeing the line of people waiting. Its a little neighborhood postal office so they have their regulars that they know by name. When I came back about 4 hours later there was only 1 person before me to be helped. I got what I needed fairly quickly as the person who was irritated before was in a much better mood and was very nice and helpful to me. I think postal services needs an upgrade all around. Pay people better and make the working conditions better. We are in 2022 not 1983. Please.

I put a letter in the slot inside the post office on Village road in Long Beach CA. This was a important letter containing an important document. The letter was never delivered and there is literally no way to get a postal employee on the phone to make a complaint. The automated system just sends you round and round in circles without a tracking number. The letter has never been delivered or returned to sender. I rarely ever use usps anymore, but when I do I expect the service to work. I'm very disappointed.

I've never had an issue mailing stuff here. But I put my mail (brown padded envelope) in the slot inside the PO on 2/19 @ 12noon and my friend still hasn't received it, It's 2/26/22 today!!! She has informed delivery and has been checking, but not showing up as being on its way either. Seems like the issue is at the Post Office. Calling USPS is a joke! Now I have to actually go in to complain!! What a hassle for a simple piece of mail.

I went in to purchase some boxes for christmas. They have a lady at the door i walk past her to check if they have the size I need i garb them turn around to head to the back of the line. Boxes on hand they lady at the door say "I'm sorry but she is our last customer we are closing for lunch". Now there is nothing wrong with that but I came in before that lady also there are no notices that they close completely for lunch. I will not go back here. Also if you were closing doe lunch you should have said so right when I walked in the door NOT AFTER I have grabed the items i wanted to buy.

The best little local post office! It's not the quickest. But, it is in a great location with parking on the street. It is all neighborhood people that are friendly.

Everyone is always so helpful here. There were a few times the label broker was printing barcodes that would not scan and Eugenia and Eddie and they had to type it in manually but they were so patient.

I love this Post Office so much so that I closed my PO Box at the Clark location and opened one here. The location is convenient for me, clerks are wonderful. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. It's a small Post Office and can get very busy at times but the line moves at a decent speed. There are no self-help kiosks which would make it even more convenient. Even one would be nice but considering the limited amount of space in both the lobby and the counter area I understand. Parking can be tricky. Lots of street curb parking but availability is limited. If you don't mind a short walk there's lots of parking spaces up the street.
