Wasted my lunch break they were not open and it said they would be back at 12:45 115 I walked out. This reminds me of some small town in the middle of nowhere not in busy Long Beach/Los Angeles. Unacceptable.

According to their hours, they were supposed to be back by 2:40pm and it’s now 3pm and no ones here. The waiting room area is a bit dirty and unkempt, tile’s missing pieces from the floor and most importantly they don’t keep their word on their service at all. I do not recommend this post office at all.

I looked at the reviews and I couldn't believe it has 2 stars. Just the second worse customer service, they don't even answered their phones. They should just shut this place down.

Today I went to this post office because I was informed by the holy gracious Bixby knoll office that they handle my area code. Upon my arrival I parked in the back… how convenient for a us post office not to have any camera on their area. Upon my arrival I was answered by the front window clerk, I asked her where my mail was at. She didn’t even bother looking up the system or anything. I even asked about my recent mail delivery from the Lakewood post office/delivery in south street but no answer. When asked to see the supervisor I was informed that he just left. Dressed in civilian cloth and just left right in front of me. Word is that many mails were dump on the streets for the homeless to acquire, I noticed some mail trash and other mails around the area where the homeless resides. No answers other than to give another mail post a call. It’s no wonder people around the area and me have yet to receive any mail let alone important ones. If you all have any issues with this place I employ you to contact the Better Business Bureau or write to your contact the local congressman.

They don’t even care about customer service which is their job. I was waiting there and they’re talking each other about life in work hours incredible!

The laziest office in Long Beach Very poor communication skills and never answers the phone like your job is more than to talk on your personal phones all day everyday. Please hire people that take their jobs seriously

I fund a package on the street next to my driveway, for sure the mail person dropped it, I decided to return it to the office, and you know what ? what the teller told me: I will resend it.
She didn't make any report, neither ask me for any detail, even neither say THANKS.
There are no supevisor, only one teller and long line of costumers.
THEY don't deserve salary increase neither A/C pick up truck.
No costumer service at all.
That's why They are very behind of FEDERAL EXPRESS, DHL, UPS, AMAZON, no comparison.
Never answer the reviews.
Surprised me.
I read the most of the reviews and I couldn't find any reasonable good review.
General Manager has to pay attention and take any corrective action for the good of this Government institution.

Horrible service on behalf of Tasha ( mail clerk). No wonder USPS offices are closing. Please re-train the staff in customer service. Rude and non caring attitude. As many job possibilities as there are now , if she is not happy she should look elsewhere. 0 professionalism.

They closed 10 minutes early and refused to allow me to drop off my prepaid package. This is very unprofessional.
