I've been using them for PO Box service for a few years now. I've had zero issues. They are nice people, easy to work with, and more affordable than UPS. Definitely recommend.

I'm using them for my business mailbox. I can pick up my mail any time. They have accepted packages for me. They contacted me about some mail that didn't seem to be for me (but actually was) rather than sending it back. Very helpful, friendly and convenient.

Village Mail is the best and most convenient place to get your mail. Compared to the other mailbox locations in the area, their prices are far better and the most inexpensive! The area is safe and clean. Not only that, but the people who work there are warm and friendly.

I have been renting a PO BOX with Village Mail for almost 3 years. They are very professional and when it’s time for your next payment to be due they send a reminder which I really appreciate. I can be very forgetful and sometimes forget to check my box but anytime the box is full, they send a courtesy email.
