Love it, great store, clean , friendly workers that I’ve gotten to know because some have been there so long it seems like forever. They have a great selection of all products, almost always have what I’m looking for in stock. I have the app downloaded and I go online and add the digital coupons I need to purchase rewards number and the t makes difference in the savings. I buy Vons gas as well. U get points for your purchases and they can really add up. I’ve gotten $1 off per gallon one time because I saved up so many. I love saving money and they really offer some awesome easy ways to do so. Definitely recommend

I Walked in on Sunday. I stood in front of the customer service desk for about 2 minutes before I saw a lady and kindly as “excuse me, would I need to get in a cashiers line to get a money order?” She said “no, you are in the right place however the only person who can help you just went to break”. I said “no worries I’ll wait” so I stand in line at 4:35pm, then at 4:50 pm the same lady with blue highlights comes back and tells, me can I help the lady behind you ? I was helping her first ? I kindly said no, I have been waiting for 15 minutes. She said ok, and proceeded to help me but only after the lady behind me said go ahead and take care of her. The cashier on 4 turned to me right before and said do you need help? I’ll try and help you soon ok, I thought that was nice of her to ask, And truth be told, I was never rude, I was waiting patiently, I get it, staffing is horrible on weekends, people call out it’s out of control, but it’s ridiculous to lie to customers like this. Just be honest and say I will be with you shortly, never saw anyone come back from break, she could have helped me from the beginning when I first asked. It took her 1 min. I was out of the store at 4:52pm. I only come here because it’s closer my house, they need to do better. Receipt says her name is Wendy. No need to contact me. I won’t be returning. I’m pretty sure retaliation will be an issue if I return. Thank you

Cheyenne the worker for the Starbucks inside of this Vons is the absolute sweetest worker I've met, she approaches her job with such a positive attitude and it shows to the customer that she genuinely enjoys working, she also makes the drinks incredibly well just wanted to show my appreciation !!!

Save your time, money, and sanity. Go literally anywhere else to do your shopping.
Unless you particularly enjoy inadequate management, out-of-stock essentials, and only one single line open for the entire store to check out.

The clerks at this location Very Prejudice...in 10 months..not one employee was helpful or kind..the Ralphs, a block away..very decent employees..

Beware of getting gift cards at Vons they will waste your time for 2 + months just to tell you they have a no refund policy and to take it up with the company that you got the gift card from.
I bought my sister a 25 dollars gift card for Sephora purchased at Vons. The first Safeway customer service agent I spoke to said to me that this was an ongoing problem they had with scammers tampering with gift cards. I submitted every thing they asked for (pictures proof that the gift card was 0 balance) I kept calling for updates and just to be told they didn’t have one. Finally I get a call from Safeway saying that my ticket had been denied, try calling Sephora they said. Will not be getting gift cards there again! Simone

Register clerk waited for a person to go get his id from the car while others behind waited. Then he couldn’t pay and had to wait another 5 minutes after. Can we get a manager involved!

Terrible costumer service, I have to wait 30 mins for the fried chicken. Employees seldom help me out and make me wait too long for any help i get. Never shop here unless you want your time wasted.

Store is small. Could use more natural and organic/premium options. Checkout is endless frustration. The first self checkout stand on the right has a payment console that breaks often. I had to re scan all my items. Apple pay doesn't work for all cards. A sympathetic look and explanation from the cashier isn't a sufficient response. This is not a bank issue as it works everywhere else. Get a system that works for all cards from all banks or stop using apple pay. This isn't an amex or exotic card. A visa from a huge national bank needs to work or your work as a retailer isn't done.

Why is there only 1 checker open 3 hours before closing? And all the self check out lanes closed? 20mins to check out is wildly unreasonable
