They had my prescription ready (seen it with my own eyes) and told me I had to wait 2 hours and it’s been almost 24 hours. This is unacceptable. Either hire more workers or hire different people that want to do their job.

The area is not the store's fault but the walkway outside and the parking lot are always very dirty with human excrement right outside the door a regular sight, they could do better to keep it clean. The other issue is that they run out of stock of basic things pretty often. The sture utilizes the QR code check in for the pharmacy, which will not allow a person to make an appoint met at the store when they are standing in it, and the staff wouldn't help me with it.

I shop here about once a week. July 23rd went to pick up water that was
[email protected]. Not a drop of water in store. Store needs to re stock and prices needs to be lower

Kimberly has the worst customer service! She was very rude and made a very unprofessional comment. Looking at the previous posts, it doesn't seem that corporate really cares about who they make a shift lead, to say nothing of basic common decency. Then again, it IS Walgreens and it is on Pacific, and she probably only makes a dollar over minimum wage, so I guess she hates her job. Won't be shopping here again. Maybe this store will eventually close too lol.

I used to love going to this store to buy supplies for my daily needs until I was confronted by a store security guard for carrying my skateboard in the shop. He insisted that I should leave it in front of the store and the security guard would watch it, but he shouldn't be able to tell me to leave my value belongings that I may legally carry in the store. Anyways, that would be my final visit to this Walgreens entirely.

Horrible!!!! Horrible!!! Was left on hold, no answer for 45 minutes with PHARMACY!!!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!! Worst customer service ever! PHARMACY!!!! SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! Never been more disappointed!!!! NO ONE EVER ANSWERED!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!????

This Pharmacy is getting busier and busier and it seems they do not hire extra help. I recently waited 40 minutes on the drive-through to pick up prescription. It’s just unacceptable.
