I decided to go there thinking oh it might not be as busy as cvs lol so I went straight to the nails and lashes section and i didn't know that everything was locked up so I press the button for assistance..10mins later still nobody answered eventhough the prompt voice continously paging allthroughout the store..so press it again ...another 10mins in still nobody answer so I went to the cashier and guess what it's only her running the whole store 5 people in the line alot of people roaming in the store finally she had a chance to help me she's a nice lady and keep saying sorry but my point of this review is i hope they put more people as it's so hard to run the whole store by just one person then everything is lock up and people starting to line up pretty long in the cashier area.

No fail, whether going inside or drive through of this pharmacy you’ll be waiting! Today I waited 35 minutes! What the heck?! Why can’t they figure out how to get people out faster. I know they can because I’ve been to the pharmacy on Atlantic and never had to wait as long! This pharmacy is 4 minutes from my house and I’m going to transfer to the one on Atlantic instead.

Kimberly has the worst customer service! She was very rude and made a very unprofessional comment. Looking at the previous posts, it doesn't seem that corporate really cares about who they make a shift lead, to say nothing of basic common decency. Then again, it IS Walgreens and it is on Pacific, and she probably only makes a dollar over minimum wage, so I guess she hates her job. Won't be shopping here again. Maybe this store will eventually close too lol.

I used to love going to this store to buy supplies for my daily needs until I was confronted by a store security guard for carrying my skateboard in the shop. He insisted that I should leave it in front of the store and the security guard would watch it, but he shouldn't be able to tell me to leave my value belongings that I may legally carry in the store. Anyways, that would be my final visit to this Walgreens entirely.

Horrible!!!! Horrible!!! Was left on hold, no answer for 45 minutes with PHARMACY!!!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!! Worst customer service ever! PHARMACY!!!! SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! Never been more disappointed!!!! NO ONE EVER ANSWERED!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!????

Store is ok. Would be nice if they would occasionally clean up all the trash in the parking lot. Just once a year world be an improvement.

This location has to be the dirtiest one in Long Beach. I don't understand why management can't see that. Before you even reach the door. You're surrounded by trash and human feces. No matter when you visit the front of the store is so unkept. Do better Walgreens. It shows how neglected this store is.

The parklot is full of trash no trash cans homeless always around begging for money or stealing from the store and there's no security and they don't sell no more premade sandwiches and salades in the refrigerated shelf and the managers won't doing nothing about it.. Walgreens all round they should negative stars for everything but I'll leave them with a one star ? review..Please write a formal complete to Walgreens management or the Walgreens corporation to address the problem..

Terrible customer service. I bought a $100 Visa gift card for my daughter on Christmas day, but when she opened the package, there was a Starbucks card inside. I twice visited the store, but two different managers said they couldn't help me without a receipt. Why would I have kept a receipt for a gift card? Because i can't trust you? I called their customer service line, and I got the same response. Buyer beware. This multi-billion dollar corporation will sell you a false bill of goods, and I am out $100. Shop at your own risk.

Every time I go it’s always closed if need stuff my my baby this pace is never open after 1am love this store but they really need to eaither change there opening schedule causeThis is the 5 time I come in a month andIt closed at this time
