I scheduled a COVID-19 vaccine appointment at 2:00 PM, but when I arrived, the pharmacy was closed for lunch until 2:30 PM. I was not notified about this closure during booking. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially for a scheduled appointment.
Please review this issue so that appointment times don’t overlap with lunch closures in the future. Thank you.

Made an appointment online for a vaccine. Sat there waiting for 35 minutes. Asked twice when it would be my turn and was told they didn’t have the vaccine. What would they have done if I hadn’t come up to ask again? Let me sit there another 35 minutes?

I have always love to shop at Walgreens, it’s one of a few of my favorite store since childhood. I love how they arranged things inside the store so that customers can easily find them. Five stars to Walgreens🩷👍

Dear Ladies: the Morning After Pill (Plan B- one tablet) with a coupon, at this location is the same price as their generic which is only $40. The Asian male employee and the Asian female employee at the Pharmacy department was super helpful! He told me to remind the cashier to scan the coupon if they forget. Other pharmacies sell them for $49-$50!

biggest joke of a pharmacy. i can not even count the number of times i have had them intervene with my psychiatrists and doctors orders and gone through withdrawals because of it. someone needs to tell them that if they don't have the degree to prescribe medication, then they don't have the right to dictate the orders.

Parking is Plentiful. Has a drive thru for Pharmacy. store is always clean, well stocked. Check out could use a little help, but overall the staff are friendly and helpful.

Just wanted to inform anyone who takes a controlled substance, this specific Walgreens will utilize their "legal" discretion, not allowing you to use goodrx coupons or similar discounts for these medications. While it is their right, this pharmacy is (based on similar experiences and reviews) causing some people more harm then good and seemingly allowing their biases of working in the industry to affect, to varying degrees, peoples medication regime, which is as reprehensible as it is funny given the purpose of a pharmacy, to distribute medication. I recommend using a different Walgreens.

The parking lot is absolutely gross and the lady at the cash register Thursday morning 8am on 10/12 was even more gross. If you don't want to be around sick people you not only shouldn't work around the public let alone AT A PHARMACY. She was ridiculous. I literally have on a mask (which many don't even care to do right now). She's grabbing gloves and being dramatic under her breath talking saying "see... this is why I don't touch nothing blah blah blah" and when I told her I didn't want to touch the pad to put in my phone number because I didn't feel well (was there getting Vicks tissue) and she said "well I DAMN sure don't want to touch it either!" Ummm definitely I get it but really? Ma'am- you're clocked in. And most people aren't even courteous enough to care about you to even care to not touch things or wear a mask. She needs to work in the back or not work at a keyword PHARMACY. I bet she'll come in contact with worse later in the day...

Customer service here is usually hit or miss but today I had the worst experience with a very rude cashier while trying to pay my rent, which I do often at this exact location. She misunderstood my request and rather than trying to be helpful to figure out where our misunderstanding was, she immediately treated me like an annoyance, assured me I was wrong and that they didn’t provide said service, then immediately pawned me off on a supervisor who quickly realized her mistake and was able to help me easily. He’s the only reason they got 2 stars. Customers should never be made to feel stupid, especially when it’s the incompetence and impatience of the staff that is the issue.

Every single time I have been here to fill my prescription (I've been going since I moved here last year for college) something is wrong and they are so rude and never offer any solutions. This time was my last straw. I was going to pick up a prescription that had been refilled last Monday (9/18) and it is now Sunday (9/24). When I get there, they give me the wrong prescription saying that the other one is back ordered and they don't have any to give me. I received no call or anything saying that they didn't have my medication in stock. I am absolutely appalled at the treatment I received when I asked for a solution. I was thinking they could see if other Walgreens in the area had the medication and if they could transfer my prescription there. But all I received was "Well we don't have it." Won't ever be going back.

Pharmacy has the perfect combination of poor resource management and poor communication. Showed up for our vaccine appointment to be told that they didn't have any more, but we should have been contacted to inform us of this (which we obviously weren't).Then they called us back 3 hours later to let us know they DID have more available, even though we had made other plans.
