It was very displeasing to know that most of the Long Beach Walgreen locations photo machines are not working. I called the location on Anaheim and Redondo, I called the location on Carson in Woodruff, as well as this one, and I was told by each and every manager that the photo machine that handles the photo books are not operating One store said it was the third week that their machine has been down. Please, customer service or corporate help these stores get back on track, because this is the day after New Year’s and a lot of memories would like to be made, but it’s sad that Wallgreens is not making it happen . Been going here for years. It's a good pharmacy. Never too long of a wait. Usually just a quick in-and-out type of place which I like.

When I went to see my doctor in Long Beach, It was a scorching hot day & I wasso thirsty. I arrived at the parking lot.There was a small parking lot and it was almost full. After I parked the car, I found the Walgreens store, which was next to my doctor's office.I went inside the store. The store was very clean & the shelves were well organized.I needed to use the washroom, and I looked around the store. Then, there was a young lady, Julie, who was an employee at the store. I asked her where was the washroom located. And, She took me to the restroom. She was a kind and caring person because She didn't have to takeme to the restroom.The store had many items on sale. Theprice was reasonable & sale items weregood prices. I bought some juice, an air freshener, cleaning wipes &yogurt at the store.I have been to another Walgreens storebefore, but this Walgreens store had great customer service. They had many items on sale. Also, they offer a drive-thru pharmacy service, so it is a convenient way to pick up medications.If people live in the Long Beach area, Iwould like to recommend this Walgreens store.

I got a voicemail today about a recall on the Fluticasone. I called back and waited about 10 minutes to speak to a live person. I know how busy this pharmacy can get so I patiently waited. I told Peter about the voicemail, he had no idea what I was talking about in regards to a recall. He confirmed my telephone number and said that he would have to find out more information on the recall and that he would call me back. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from him. I was surprised to get a voicemail about the recall and I did appreciate the confirmation.

There’s one girl who is sooooo nice. She’s the ONLY reason I’m giving 3 stars. Friendly, even if fake, customer interaction is lost at not just this location but a few of them. I might try CVS to get a smile from now on.

Always have everything you need during a quick run to the pharmacy. They also have some snack and grocery items in the fridge section. Like milk , bread , cheese , butter and much more.
