Why are the low value items locked up? How am I going to steal oil and funnels when they check me at the door? $3 item locked up but not the $50 item - so I have to wait 15 minutes for some grumpy employee to open the cabinet. And then I have to do my own checkout? WTF?

Service is absolutely trash here. Waited over a hour to get deodorant out of the case One employee has the keys to all the cases what a joke Found the guy just talking with employees instead of helping the line of customers at every locked up case

Just about everything I need is locked up and if you press the button you wait at least 10 minutes and the funny thing is you'll have someone standing nearby and says sorry I can't help you. You have to press the button so I guess no one has a key to open up things such a waste of time. Hint hit Walmart. The homeless by the river bed don't need car products. Free the detailing spray.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE John in the electronics department went above and beyond. I was there to buy a phone case. I chose the one I wanted but they only had blue. I didn't ask him to look, but this gentleman said, "wait a minute" and he took me to another part of the department and there were more choices of colors! I got the color I wanted!! He was very thoughtful to do that, especially since I didn't ask. When I thanked him he was polite and unassuming. Yay for people like John in the world. Yay for my new phone case. I need it because I drop my phone a lot. 5 star service

Ok it's Walmart, so my expectations are never high. DO avoid the auto center at all costs, they all work as if they're forced to work there. I took my car in at 10am to get it serviced for a balance. They told me I would get a notification when it was ready. I never got one. It was already 5pm and obviously I had to go ask what was up. It turned out the technician had canceled my service because my tires were too old. It was unbelievable how so many workers passed by me, and nobody ever mentioned anything to me. Like come on, it's common sense. Horrible communication!! Wasted my whole day there for nothing. And by the way, the fat, obese, miserable lady working there is a B****!!! I was able to witness all the poor customers who received attitude from her while I was there in the waiting area. So avoid this place at all costs and go elsewhere PLEASE!! I went to the Buena Park location, and what a difference!! That will be my spot from now on. Deuces !!

Horrible Walmart I was waiting for an associate to open a locked case and we waited forever I wasn't the only one. I pressed the button over and over and nothing I even called the store and still nothing. Associates here suck i don't know how they get paid if they do nothing and are not willing to help.

I had my husband take my 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid to get 4 brand new tires today since they offered a deal under $300.00 for all 4 tires. No one was there except my daughter and husband and they dropped off the car and told the staff what Tires I wanted. At first they said they had to locate the tires. Ok what's that 15 to minutes to look. Nope try 1 hour. So my daughter and husband went off shopping since there were things needed. Another hour passes by as my husband goes to check on the progress. Car is up all tires off and not one technician around. They sat and waited 45 more minutes and a few techs came out of the warehouse laughing. My husband got up and looked again, one tire is being placed on. We'll, all this time and my husband says he won't go back because they took their sweet time putting 4 tires on which, I myself have done myself in less than an hour some where else, but I didn't take my car this time. My husband said ge would have asked to have the car down so they could take it somewhere else, but like he said, the technicians were MIA most of the time. Management needs to be present for these jokers who think it's cool to just take three hours to change 4 tires. Just sad.

The bathroom was so clean (why are the hooks for the purses in such a tall spot, I was on my tippy toes trying to hang my purse lol). Got several toy guns and spray paints to transform some toys into prop weapons for s sci fi film. Great selection on toy guns, tons of different colors and finishes on the spray paints. Great selection on the putties, silicones, glued, and sand papers.

The ONLY reason I even go into this store is because I can get motor oil and filters for about 30% less than anywhere else. That is basically all I buy. Fortunately, I only need to visit it about twice a year. I have never had what I would consider a pleasant experience with ANY of the people who work there. At times I can't believe that they even hire the people that they do. I have had employees be so rude that I've thought about reporting them to their managers. I mean, so rude that if someone on the street treated my questions the same way there would be trouble. The people who work there are useless.

I went in to see if this staple business could give me a change of lesser bills for my $100 note. I was told by Customer Service that they cannot until I make a purchase. I went for some olive oil and was assured by register 18 that upon my purchase I would be able to make change. I swiped my card with the direction of the cashier and after I got my receipt was told, "that's interesting" in a condescending tone where he then re-informed me that since the drawer did not open Customer Service should be able to help. I returned to Customer Service and after waiting for at least 10 minutes am then told by the same man that told me I needed a purchase to get change, "oh no, because you used your card you did not get to make change." He should have told me this in the beginning so that I would not have spent so much time looking for something to buy only to be refused what I originally came in for. I got a refund and that was the end of it. Looking for change? Look somewhere else.

This is my local and all time favorite Walmart location. The staff is always nice and welcoming here. The employees always know where everything is and is willing to guide you to find your items. They never seem bothered and it's always a positive experience. The return process here for items are also super smooth. As long as you have your item and your receipt everything should be smooth sailing. The only ding would be in areas where you need someone to unlock the door for you to get the items, it is quite slow. There were times where I waited 20 minutes pressing the button countless times just waiting for someone to unlock it. Not to mention it also has a Burger King inside. So after all your groceries you can have a nice meal. Overall nice staff, clean environment!

Horrible experience. Sent money via wire for someone to pickup. They went to the store and were told account or system was locked after I paid to have money sent. I called lousy Western Union who said the had no problem with their system. The manager made no sense. I called the Walmar no 5624296239 and these people never answered.They let the phone ring at customer service for 20 or 30 times then hang up. I called multiple times. I called the Walmart in Mineola Tx and the said no problem with the system. I called corporate to file complaint and woman put me thru to Western Union and hung up I called Corp again and Babed finally took the complaint saying would be called in a few days. I paid for money transfer and no one helped. They passed the buck. I actually thought I was crazy. I checked to see if the bad Walmart in Longbeach even had a Western Union and it seems they do. I am still in twilight zone. Does Walmart train it employees on the basics common sense customer service? Still have to get the funds!!! You can't even fix typo in this without erasing most of this review.

Again 5 STARS to the Automotive.Dept I came in had a problem with my battery that I purchased months before the Walmart representative RICKY assisted me with charging the battery and replacing it still being under warranty and put it in exactly how I took it out. . Again thank you Walmart for your hiring process and finding those that actually care about customer service . Daniel Fisher
