This has been the best pharmacy yet. The entire staff is nice, pleasant. Professional and informative. Leanna, Jennifer, Rachael and most definatly the manager Bob all have a million thumbs up from me. And a new customer at that. Thanks for the help guys. Hope you all have a great day!

I am surprised at all the negative comments. I was going to get my shingles shot and went to a few other pharmacies that advertise the shot and all of them told me that it was a very expensive shot. When I went here to get a prescription filled, I inquired about the shot and they said they would check my insurance to see if it is covered. That was a 1st. None of the other pharmacies offered to do this. Guess what, it was covered and I got my shots. Ever since then, this has been the pharmacy for me. I have been using them for 2 years and never had a problem. I find them to be very nice and efficient.

I'm only reviewing the way the attendants are filling up prescriptions into the small orange plastic containers in the Pharmacy. It is absolutely unacceptable that no one has given any concern regarding PREVENTIVE CROSS CONTAMINATION. I witnessed how an attendant after handling money, a keyboard, and a phone (all with plenty of bacteria, germs, viruses and other gross microorganisms), proceeded to fill up some pills and grabbed with her contaminated fingers the blue upside down plastic lid that was inside a transparent plastic container and touched the inside of the lid cap, and then put It on the small orange plastic container which had pills in it and then closed it. SERIOUSLY!!! You are contaminating medications! Medications for people who already obviously have a medical condition and you are adding a sickness to it! You are the PHARMACY!!! I wonder how many people have gotten sick with a flu, cold, throat infection, u other from your contaminated pills? Now days there's another threat to our health named coronavirus that is killing people. I hope the CEO and manager of the store read this and take all necessary precautions to make blue lid caps that are use to lock medications safer and without cross contamination.

The checker did not put one of the bags of items I paid for in my cart. I have tried to call 4 times and the operator told me the manager was not coming to the phone I needed to come back to customer service with my receipt and get the items. When I ask for the manager's name the operator said she did not know it. I then ask I thought you just spoke to him. When I insisted he come to the phone Again, she put me on hold and never came back. I do not want to wait in a long customer service line to get the items I paid for and they failed to put in my basket. Horrible customer service.

Management can't read their own signs? Apparently open until midnight means cant get in at 11:25pm. Reading a clock is taught at a very young age...learn it.

I have been trying to contact this stores customer service for about an hour. I went in to their store this morning and grabbed a retirement card. Nothing fancy. Paid for it and other items then left it. Got to work and realized that i did not have it. I started calling. First the associate operator was short but transferred me over to customer service. Well the call bounced back to her 5 times with no answer from customer service. This process lasted about 10 minutes the first time and 12 the second. The last time it rang for over 7 minutes after the transfer and the operator just kept bouncing it back. Then i called back and she says oh let me see who is over there then again never comes back after additional 7 minutes. I hang up and call back and no one answers but i am being forwarded to the fast ring of customer service right away with no greeting. These two times it was done for approximately 10 minutes each. I just want my card and for them to know how horrible their customer service/ operator is. Here i am with no customer service, no help and no card. I am going to get my card, talk to a manager and take my business from there to the cerritos store from now on. Sad. They need better trained associates on the phones and in customer service. This operator needs to be coached. Guess I'll call corporate as well.

The pharmacy at this specific walmart (3705 E. South Street in Lakewood) is quite rude and hostile toward customers. They have an employee named "Seleena" that is always giving customers attitude. And when its near lunch time, they send you away in a hurry telling customers they have to leave because they want to go eat. It appears that most of these workers in the pharmacy at this location do not know how to engage with the public. Other walmarts and their pharmacies are ok but I recommend boycotting this specific walmart on south street in lakewood, if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. -1 star for this location.

This is the worst WALMART ever. So the other morning my son needed a white school uniform shirt so I rush over to Walmart and they only have one his size perfect, so I go to self check out because of course the 1 line that is open is super long. So self check out it is I run the shirt across the register and then notice some pink gooey liquid on the register and the white shirt I was trying to purchase. Ask for a manager and she says they don't have anyone to make sure the registers stay clean SMH!!! So I had to go back and get the next size up and the manager showed no remorse what so ever. I have been trying to contact the manager Mr. Dominguez for a week now I have left several messages and been told he is always in a meeting which is really odd. But this was my last trip to this Walmart. Target it is! Walmart customer service sucks!!!!

It is a Really long line of customer service. I waited more than 15 minutes. I asked Paula to have more people to help for customer services. She talked back to me, "we only have two people here." She even showed us feel sorry. They should have one more person to do for customer service part every time.

I wanted to try on Bathing Suits but was unable due to the fact that the employees were unable to unlock the doors. No one employee could get their story straight on how long it's been like this or how long it would remain lock. One said it just happen last night the manager said it happen days ago??This makes no sense! You have one key for Five fitting rooms and it's lost!! If this is the case you should have an alternative solution for your customers.

It's rude the cashier to keep chatting with her co-worker while checking me out. The one area I hate most is the pharmacy. Is so small and no room to go. People don't know how to move. They see other people that need to get out but they just stand and stare. Associate probably sealing money form cash register that why money was place in wrong area. Associate are rude racist. Tips: bring your own bags because the associate don't want to hand any.
