Awesome customer service from team member Jesus!! The system was down, he offered to walk me out side to safely deposit at the ATM. He was patient as the cash needed to be re-submitted multiple times. Made sure I didn't have any other questions or concerns. People like him and Ruby (the last couple visits) makes all the difference. Thank you guys!!

This Wells Fargo is so cute!! Plenty of ATMs to use outside too :D I rarely go into banks to do anything but I had to deposit some euros so I had to go in. It was decorated for thanksgiving inside and it looked so festive and all of the employees were really really nice to me and made great conversation while they were helping me out. This was my first time here so now I'll be coming to this location much more often :D

This branch has terrible customer service and the bankers are rude. With 3 bankers standing around they will tell you to come back at the end of the day if you did not come in with an appointment. Definitely not impressed.

I'm a regular. Tellers and bankers are always friendly. So, the proximity to my office and the employee are the only reason I continue to bank with the branch. This branch was closed for a couple weeks due to COVID19. So I had to go to another branch. Tellers at Palo Verde and Spring did not seem as capable as the Los Altos folks. As a company they are horrible. The whole PPP thing was a joke. Again, proximity and the people are this branch are the only reason I'm still with Wells.

This review is for Wells Fargo in 17307 Bellflower Blvd in the city of Bellflower: From customer Joanne Relampagos: I had the best customer service experience here. They would do everything they can do for customers convenience. They treat every customer like a family and they are very serious about the quality of service they offer. I would like to highly recommend Hector Garcia who assisted me the last time. He went every extra mile to make everything possible for my convenience. He is very serious in providing excellent customer service. Even under pressure he wears a smile with an assurance that my concerns would be resolve. Thank you Hector Garcia for giving me the best customer service experience ever.

We moved my elderly grandmother's accounts to Wells Fargo recently after having multiple frustrating experiences with another bank. The whole process had to be done in steps and multiple signatures which can be very confusing for someone in their 90's. Andrey was amazing and patient. He has gone above and beyond to make her comfortable with the whole process. 5 stars so far. I hope the rest of the branch employees are like him!

I had a minor issue regarding a 4 day old late payment on a simple loan ( $27.00 late fee )...I further explained to the branch my situation and the confusion in their loan agreement and was immediately "sales pitched" into opening up an account, who do you bank with? have you tried our online banking? .... in addition to false promises that they were going to get my $27.00 late fee waived. Needless to say...I am happy with Bank of America. Wells Fargo headlines say it all.

Horrible bank and horrible branch. One headache and inconvenience after another. They don't tell you about all fees when opening up accounts. Depositing checks and accessing funds is a prolonged process that I've never experienced with my personal accounts at BofA and US Bank. And, the bank and this branch don't answer or address issues; they just provide robotic regurgitation that tells you nothing more than the information of your question or complaint. AVOID this place, unless you like headaches.

Great Customer Service. I'm a fan of Wells Fargo Bank. Wait time varies depending on the time and day of when you show up to the bank. Parking is abundant but can be crowded due to the plaza being full of other places you can go too. So far, I enjoy every bit of my moment here. It's pretty quick and fast service as long as the other customers don't have other issues. I'm usually in and out of the bank.

2 Bankers lied to me as I was trying to open an account, pretty terrible if you are trying to establish trust. No for me on this particular location. Maybe even the bank brand itself.

AMAZING!!!! Peter, Edward and Chris (who I'm not sure if he works at this branch but I spoke with on the phone, and he was very friendly, informative and helpful) I came in trying to get help from a previous message up from another branch in long Beach. Peter talked to me on the phone and helped me out so much and asked me to come in to the branch to further assist me. When he sis the have the information I needed he asked if he could call me back when he had what I needed and he did call me back within minutes. When I went to this branch I was helped by Edward which he was so friendly and helpful. Edward was able to waive a fee for me to stop and automatic payment. Which is normally 31 dollars. He put a freeze on my account so no more transactions could be done and even told me he would close my account with out me having to go in to the branch and he would call me when it was done. How amazing is that. Peter then came out and talked to me about what may happen and may not. This only took like 20 mins. At the branch in Bixby Knolls it took them 1 1/2 and just messed everything up. Chris was able to waive 70 dollars worth of overdraft fee. Thank you all so much!!! You guys have no idea how much you all helped me and made me feel at ease. Alicia is amazing too!!! She helped me get in to contact with these 3 gentleman and it was the BEST EXPERIENCE!!! With all of them.

The employees were very rude, one of them was seriously sewing a skirt and the manager was cutting coupons. I was livid this bank is absolutely unprofessional, I will NEVER return. They DO NO DESERVE THEIR JOBS.

The customer service here is wonderful and welcoming. I came in on a Wednesday night thinking that this branch closed at 7:00 pm. The branch closes at 6:00 pm and I came in around 5:57 pm. The manager still greeted me at the door! Although it was the near end of her shift Jenyffer still provided excellent customer service. I didn't feel rushed at all. The computer even froze for a brief few seconds but she remained calm and friendly. Thank you for the great service and understanding!
