Couldn't withdraw funds because manager and assistant manager were both out of the office for lunch. Well, Friday lunchtime is the only time I can visit the bank. No backup person to handle the Friday rush? Apparently their lunch hour is more important than mine. Now I will be late to my 1:00 meeting because I'm still waiting in the bank lobby. Terrible customer service.

11/30/23 - I called in today at 9:10am and spoke with i believe his name was Brian but if not it was a male i spoke with... so unprofessional and rude.. I was inquiring about different accounts offered but when i asked about one he said NO! so abruptly it caught me off guard and when i asked another question he said NO! & hung up the phone while i was mid sentence. He didn't give any information nor did he let me ask any questions. This is suppose to be a professional establishment that wants to provide information and banking. I do not recommend this location as it is unprofessional and have rude people answering the phone. I will be taking my service else where.

Just tried to go in and open a checking account. Went online to make sure I came in prepared with whatever was needed for identification, deposit, etc., and then went into this branch at 4:17pm today to execute. We spoke to one of the bank tellers that greeted us our intentions, they asked if we had an appointment, said no, and told her we could wait for the banker to be available to see us. We sat and waited 20 minutes, and then Manuel the banker walks up to us after speaking with the bank teller asking us what we were there to do. I told him we wanted to open a checking account. He again asked if we had an appointment. I told him we didn't, (and didn't think we would need one) but we're waiting to see him. He told me he was going to be with his current clients until 4:45, and it took 45 minutes to open a checking account and he couldn't open checking accounts past 5pm. That's it. No request to make an appointment, no apology, and certainly no willingness to make a new customer by staying a little later than closing to open a new account and banking relationship. What's interesting is that I come from the banking world and held a personal banker position during that time and I know for a fact it doesn't have to take 45 minutes to open an account, nor do I think Wells Fargo bank would want a new relationship not to be created under this circumstance. It felt heavily like Manuel just wanted to go home early or was afraid he might be a little late clocking out. He was rude, short, and had zero efforts of customer service in utility while dealing with us. I'm bummed that he chose to make this be the experience we had and effective turned away a full banking relationship opportunity that I was hoping to start with by opening a simple account.

I recently visited Wells Fargo to open a new account as a first-time customer. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing.First of all, I had to wait for an unreasonably long time before I was finally able to speak with a representative. Despite the long wait, the representative seemed uninterested in helping me and didn't seem to have the necessary knowledge to answer my questions.To make matters worse, I left the bank without opening an account. It was a complete waste of my time and I left feeling extremely frustrated.

They lost my property to my safety deposit box. They failed to satisfy my request. I filed a police report. Now I'm talking to my attorney.

On 2-1-23 at 1230 hrs I went in to open a new account with the bank but was told to come back 2 or 3 hrs later that there was nobody here to help. I guess I'm a chase member now.

Oh Wells Fargo, you claim to be elevating your service, but that's only when I can get service. I have been a loyal customer for 24 years. Today, I go in to open a new account for an 7 figure estate. There is no banker, and the teller explains they only have 1 banker who is booked out over a week.... No problem, chase I hope you have an appointment sooner. I gave a star because the teller was polite.

Walked in they told us to go online and told us they only had one banker and we had to make an appointment when the place was literally empty Update: made an account at chase they were very friendly :)

I came in to open a checking account. I ended up spending 1.5 hours, even though it should have been done in 10 minutes. They kept asking questions related to my personal finance and tried to introduce me to their other services. I just want to open a freaking checking account.

I had the best first experience with Wells Fargo here. I went in as soon as they opened to pay my car loan and Arvin was extremely helpful in explaining the different ways I can pay my loan. When he wasn't sure how to answer one of my questions, he respectfully asked for a moment so he could ask one of his colleagues. This location is super clean and all the staff were extremely kind and wanted to help.
