I'd like to start this out with saying that this check cashing place is good for the majority but when it comes time to closing they always close too early they say they're open until 7:00 but those doors are open
locked by 6:00 every time I go there there's always people behind me knocking on the door trying to get in they should stick to what they advertise stay open until 7:00

It’s incredibly frustrating to come over an hour before the indicated closing time both posted online and on the door and find out that apparently they close not at the time they said, 7 PM.

One does not expect impressive treatment in these places. It shouldn't be like this because it is a paid service, but unfortunately it is! And I usually don't waste my time writing a comment like this, but indignation gets the best of me...
If you (woman) are sitting very comfortable and have all the tools to assist clients, why give me an angry and annoyed look? Do you really expect people to come and beg you to do them the big favor of doing your job that involves basic customer service skills? Not only the look and the attitude, I would have preferred him to have a negative attitude but at least use the resources at his disposal to find a solution or answer?!
And, why ask irrelevant questions about my nationality? Are you going to treat me differently depending on where I am from?
Well since I wasted minutes of my life writing this, I'll finish :)
Why does Western Union partner with these check cashing businesses when they ruin Western Union's image so much? The worst of all is that the woman who thinks she is too important and does not hide her arrogance is Latina, just like me... What a shame!
I have already reported this business to Western Union and I invite you to do the same or simply find another place to do your transactions.
It is not worth paying to be treated without respect and kindly.

Worst customer service by the old hispanic lady. She does not treat customers with respect. Continental needs to get rid of her or be prepared to loose handful of customers everyday. I would recommend others to record the lady if she disrespect you or discriminate against you and send to recordings to continental check cashing corporate.

I was a lady, she treated me lousy as if I were garbage. She asked me for a document, then I took a photo of her...she told me that Wrster Unior was asking for my document...and to make me feel bad she withheld my document. (I told her You can give me my document. And no, then I take a photo of it with your computer's camera and save it. The photo says it's the company (I called wrster unior and the person who answered me said that they don't take photos of documents. ...and then he said various things ...........I simply went calmly. and he treated me horribly, taking my information from me when I had already given it to him some time ago

I just called for the first time to inquire about moneygram. And the lady seemed like she was in a hurry to just get off the phone. She didnt want to see if i needed help so i ended the call. She sounded like asian off the boat but knew english. No wonder. That sniveling swine.
