Avoid this store. Weekend shift manager made racist comments unprovoked and asked me to leave, calling me a "Asian!" Contacted store manager, who did not apologize or offer any sort of explanation.

Juanita was super helpful this morning I didn't think they had the eye drops I needed and she knew exactly what I was talking about and just beyond customer service!

They are all great, but Sandra in the pharmacy is the best. She actually cares about the people that come in.

This place has very rude staff at the pharmacy, one of the staff didn't accept an old lady who had to sit on a chair instead of standing on the line. She rudely demanded her to give up her spot and go back in the line just because she wasn't STANDING in the line from the beginning. She insisted on her direction even though the old lady said to her that she had back issues and couldn't stand up for a long time. You need to get rid of the staff who have temper and are rude especially to elderly.

This is my neighborhood pharmacy in more ways than one. Sure, it's right around the corner from my building so we can easily walk there, but it's also one of the friendliest places I've ever shopped. We're there often for prescriptions and many other of the thousands of items they have available -- cosmetics, first aid and OTC medications, wrapping paper, etc. Even grocery items we need in a hurry. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm glad we live so close, but I would drive to to this Rite-Aid if we didn't.

Sat in line for 38 minutes to buy a bottle of rubbing alcohol. I started my timer after standing in line for about 15 so it was more like an hour. Absolute f****** joke. Took 2 cashiers to complete every single transaction everytime someone would go up to pay lmao. Hire some new cashiers that was literal clown shoes just now. I couldn't even get a receipt cause homegirl was holding it staring at it for 10 seconds lmao. What are y'all doing!?!? Lmfao get it together

MOLLY is the kindest sweetest person ever! She is always so helpful and will walk you to what your looking for. I love her Rite Aid brand suggestions too. This is my favorite night time store. I hope you let her know how wonderful she is! Thank you,

This is my favorite Rite Aid! Its so close to my house too. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. The store is really clean and the shelves always seem to be fully stocked. The pharmacy is great and the staff is always so friendly to me. I feel like many of the staff members go above and beyond. Plenty of parking too which is a plus in Long Beach.

Whatever you do - I'd find another place to get a COVID test. They were rude and obnoxious. Behind the double glass the "nurse" screamed to put on your mask after the swab made me sneeze. The swab makes everyone sneeze and me in my car and she behind thick glass she was in no danger. It took a week to book an appt snd they say it can take 10 days to get results. It's been 4 days so far. A closer look and you can see that Rite Aide has joined forces with the governor of California to do this. It's called Project Baseline. It all makes sense now. Corruption at its best.

This place is around the corner from my house - I always go in for the ice cream. I wish I knew the sweet ladies name that made this for me - she totally deserves to be credited. It's a masterpiece!!

This review is for Mauricio the supervisor and their ridiculously d*** POS system. I was sold a defective product and wanted to exchange it and before I exchanged it I wanted to check to see if the same defect was in the new one and it was. I decided to exchange it for the more expensive item and buy 1 other product. I had put the receipt in the bag but on my scooter ride from my place to the rite aid it either flew out or it fell behind something when they open the bag but the point is I didn't have a receipt. I had bought the product like 30 mins ago and apparently they have no way of reprinting receipts or pulling up transactions from 30 mins ago. What kind of POS are they using when you can't see the transaction for the day? At every retail job I've ever had I've been able to look up transaction or reprint receipts but whatever. Now I'm getting frustrated and he's heard me say "my receipt was in the bag" at least 3 times by now and as a supervisor he says "well you should have brought the receipt" how would that help the situation in any way? Well you shouldn't have sold me a defective product! As a supervisor is it a good idea to tell the frustrated customer that? Would the customer who was sold a defective product and had to come back to exchange it for a more expense product be happy to be told "you should have brought your receipt" when he has said repeatedly that it was in the bag. Let's break this down. 1. I was sold a defective product and had to come back to exchange the product that I had bought 30 mins prior but was only going to get credit for half because I didn't have the receipt. 2. Mauricio the supervisor got puffy and belittled the customer during a frustrating situation. His poor coworker found a solution to the problem... just FYI a supervisors job is to deescalate situations and find solutions. 3. Their million dollar POS system does not have the ability to reprint receipts or look up transactions from 30 mins prior or the SUPERVISOR does not have the knowledge to reprint receipts or look up transactions both are not great representations of the company I will continue to shop their because normally it's a pleasant experience and I shop their all the time but I hope Mauricio's supervisor reads this and trains him on empathy, listening to the customer, deescalting situation and finding solutions.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy. The pharmacist was rude and was talking about me with her back turned to me with a coworker as if she had a problem and as if I couldn't hear. After she walked off, I asked the coworker is there an issue with me and she responded no, she was saying she told her my prescription wasn't available. The pharmacist (an Asian lady, only way I can describe her. Not trying to sound racist or rude, I promise I love everyone equally. Im apart of the lgbtqa+, Just don't appreciate rude people in general) said I can't call and have to come back to see when they will have it. She was so rude about it. I will never go back there again.

I'd have to give this store a solid 4.75 and it's interesting to see there are some mixed reviews because as much as I go there ... I can't say I've ever had a bad experience with the store or staff. As a matter of fact the only reason I'm writing a review is because the staff (for the most part) are exceptional! Seriously, they alway great you and are super friendly at check out. People are so quick to write a negative - I thought I'd share my experience. It just appears the store is run well - from the "higher ups" and or management. I'm not sure who the manager but there is a lady there (I think hispanic) and has her hair up and wears glasses - I think her is Eveyln or Evie ... something like that and she is always seems to have things running smoothly and she is managing staff and checking customers out. She just seems like she running a tight ship while being friendly, courteous and professional. Hats off to her! Not sure I got her name right but she has to be the manager.

I usually have a great experience shopping here except for when I am rung up by a employee named Eva this is the 3rd time now she always has an attitude and extremely unprofessional I witnessed her harass another employee of color and it made me so uncomfortable I questioned whether I would continue being a customer at this location if this is not a location that is kind to p.o.c. Management needs to address her behavior before she seriously offends someone again.
