This location has to be the dirtiest one in Long Beach. I don't understand why management can't see that. Before you even reach the door. You're surrounded by trash and human feces. No matter when you visit the front of the store is so unkept. Do better Walgreens. It shows how neglected this store is.

Terrible customer service. I bought a $100 Visa gift card for my daughter on Christmas day, but when she opened the package, there was a Starbucks card inside. I twice visited the store, but two different managers said they couldn't help me without a receipt. Why would I have kept a receipt for a gift card? Because i can't trust you? I called their customer service line, and I got the same response. Buyer beware. This multi-billion dollar corporation will sell you a false bill of goods, and I am out $100. Shop at your own risk.

OMG!!!! This pharmacy has gone down to the dumps. My dad had surgery 9/18,and had a post op appointment on the 19th. The dr. put a prescription in for him on the same day,so I kept checking the app,to see if it was ready,unfortunately,it wasn't. I called real early the following morning,I talked to this guy,who was rude and nasty. He put me on hold, and while I waited,the phone rang back,and he answered,as if he never spoken to me,and accused me of hanging up. How dumb did he sound!!He lied and said the prescription would be ready on Thursday,and guess what it wasn't.My sister was told it would be ready on Friday,and it wasn't. Today, the 27th, I called the pharmacy,to check on the status of the remaining prescription,and was assisted by a very nice young lady named Stephanie. I gave her the necessary information,and she tells me,the manufacturer of that medication,no longer has it,but she found another manufacturer and placed the order.She apologized,after I told her this is unacceptable. I will be finding another pharmacy.

Hideous. Pharmacy arbitrarily refuses to fill prescriptions based on the doctor that write them. Pharmacy manger was rude, interrupted me, refuse to apologize or explain, and finally hung up on me. When I went in to get the one they did fill the jerk I spoke with was busy giggling behind his mask as I complained to the woman who was working the pharmacy registers... disgraceful. I'll be switching all my prescriptions away from Walgreens and never shopping there again.

I called to make the Schedule for 1 st shot covid vaccine for my grandma on Saturday afternoon because she has appointment at hospital on Tuesday morning. The guy who pick up the phone said " you can walk in and no need to make appointment !! " but when my mom bring my grandma to the store today. My grandma can't get the vaccine because they need the confirmation !! what...? The reason why i called to check before bring her to the store because my grandma is really old she almost 99 years. She has difficulty walking and poor health. so, i decide to call back to the pharmacy store to get the answer who and why he give me the wrong information? If he doesn't really know or that's not his responsibility. He can just told me that he not sure and transfer the line to someone who know. It's better than you give me the wrong information and make a problem to the patient that you might not care !! The lady who pick up the phone name is Tracy. She is a good listener and try to help me find out even if she can't find it. i wrote the review because i would like the manager know the problem and find the way to fix and improve it. Definitely more training your employees.

Let's see not sure if it's because it's the evening but when my cousin was working here it was a lot better . 1st I'm about savings so the toilet paper & paper towels where about 2.50 off deal right , so I enter my information numerous times they say there is no coupon showing . Hmm maybe you would think they would ask let me help you anything nope , so your probably thinking why didn't you use the Walgreens coupon booklet well apparently this location no longer Carry it . Oh yeah I bet their gonna have a good response for this smfh mind you I walked away to re input my information & fix still didn't work still no one offered to assist just kept advising coupon didn't go through . While they talk amongst theirselves & an employee on the phone prior check the cameras if you don't believe me , honestly good customer service go to a different location

Big Bro just turned fifty a few days ago which makes him eligible for a 2nd booster. There are many other pharmacies closer to home but this place had the soonest appointment available. So we made the 20-minute trek and made it to his set appointment on time... ... only to be told we didn't have an appointment. I showed them the screen shot (see attached - I took the pic before I clicked on "book appointment" as a reminder of all the details) and was told NO anyway. Pharmacist asked if we received a confirmation email. I didn't realize we needed one of those since that wasn't really clear - I figure we had a confirmed appointment through their website, so... (A glitch on the system, maybe? Who knows...) I asked if there might be a chance he can get the shot anyway. It's not like there were any other customers other than one (who came after us) waiting for a refill. I was told the next available is at 645p. Nope. Big Bro and I returned all the merch we were gonna purchase and walked out empty handed. Ugh, Walgreens... that whole experience left a bad taste... ... so off to CVS we go for the booster! :) Such a waste. We no likey this place... ... aaaannndddd another one on the one-and-done list.

Such a bad experience went to go pick up medicine for my wife and child and the pharmacist Asian guy very rude I don't know why you're in in this in the business if you cannot be nice to people very very rude I do not like my experience with this man he made it very uncomfortable he made the feeling very bad I did not like it at all I was asking a question he was very rude he did not want to answer it I'm like dude if you don't want to talk to fuel maybe you shouldn't be at the pharmacy window or are you in the wrong have a business that was prick hi see it very cool that experience pharmacist was very rude I can't believe how this guy's attitude was supposed to be a people person and retail in this case medical I was so very rude thumbs down not cool at all I should not be working the window he needs to be somewhere else he should be with the company he's representing Walgreen in a very bad way over resist any report him it was 11:00 PM I went there to do a favor for my family and to be greeted the way he read it to attitude that he had was unacceptable unacceptable at all because representing Walgreen a big big company and this is what you have representing your company said I will not do any business with Walgreen

For any travelers looking for vaccinations - The website say "Do you know what vaccinations you'll need? Our pharmacists can recommend vaccinations, prescriptions and over-the-counter medications based on your travel itinerary and health history.Talk to a pharmacist today--no appointment needed." and that is a complete lie. After visiting a first location recommended from the site, We were told that they "don't do that" and sent here. When we told the pharmacist where we were going and asked what vaccinations were needed she had us wait while she checked. After a few minutes she told us we needed to go to a doctor. So again, the Walgreens website is very misleading. Don't waste your time or gas. We also tried calling ahead and never got through.

Ordered online via pick up and I was given This Walgreens to receive my order. Waited a few minutes and Daniel came out with my Bags Very nice Employee Not the best Area unfortunately with high traffic of The ordinary gangbang/panhandlers/illicit Drug Users. The parking lot is huge by the way

Staff is always helpful and quick. I always come here for last minute snacks lol This is my dads pharmacy, so when I'm here to pick up his meds, I end up buying snacks for me and the hubby and a squishmallow for my 16 yr old
