Very frustrated with the grocery pick up. I have received items that are expired, opened, broken packaging, and rotten. I ask for my items not to substituted if they are not available and have now twice received substitution items so large I cannot store them. Today I had frozen items and they were all thawed and melted...

I really like my neighborhood Pavilions store. I can say that every time I am here Matthew has always made it a point to provide me with great service. I am sure he does not recognize me enough to favor me but he is always cordial and helpful.

Bought a coconut and it was completely molded on the inside. Called the store (spoke to mark in the produce department ), did not receive a single apology just an "okay" response. Very poor customer service.

I picked up the wine bottle at last and the guy who kept the key told me that I need to check out at number 8 (he clearly saw I had a lot of stuff) while another guy stood near him was laughing and said "really number 8?!" I didn't understand why he laughed until I checked out at cashier number 8 which was "15 items less" . So you guy tried to humiliate me ???

Went to buy some exotic fruit at this store and we were graciously greeted by Alex and Jarod from the produce section. They were very informative and patiently described each and every exotic fruit to us. They were very friendly and we will definitely be back to shop at this store which is full of great employees. Thank you Von's Pavilions for your outstanding customer service.

This is my corner store... I go there for EVERYTHING! The pharmacy knows my name and prescription. Always comes to my rescue since I am going trough mesopause (Girls, you know what I am talking about! LOL). Thanks Pharmacy you are my life saver. When I want a special treat the bakery creates just the perfect sweet treat. Today, Brittany the manger went over and above... She made 6 calls to find us the last beige patio set that was on sale for us... I just wanted to express a sincere THANK YOU all for making life a little bit easier, especially at such a trying time with this ugly pandemic.

I have mixed feelings about this particular supermarket. Some of the employees choose to be friendly to certain customers .... Witnessed my cashier today being extra jolly to the gentleman in front of me ... having small conversations, laughing, etc. Next thing you know the cashier decided to help another gentleman that came to the side of him with an exchange or whatever .... Not once he said anything to me (because I am next in line) ... not even a "excuse me, Mam, I'm going to do a quick exchange" doesn't even acknowledge me. When I got to the front, I said hello first, he barely wanted to say hi back. His whole attitude and demeanor changed when I got up there. I had my kids with me, she even said Hello and nothing back from the cashier! Just a reminder it Doesn't cost anything to be polite.... We will be sure to shop elsewhere going forward.

I work for Doordash and I deliver from your store almost every day. I honestly have to say the pay rate is soo poor. Sometimes I drive 30min to complete a delivery for only $10-$14 that includes tip. Then I have to waste more time delivering to people who locations are difficult to drop off. For example today. I delivered groceries to Anaheim (Disneyland hotel) I had 7 bags full of groceries 2 24pks of water and 2 12pks of soda. I had to take it to the 3rd floor. Parking was horrible.! At this point I'm outside my area so I have to drive back another 30min to get another Doordash order. I understand its part of my job and what not but come on keep it local.! 18 miles outside the city? Thats ridiculous.!! I definitely expected more from a nice place like Pavilion.

I've been coming to Pavillions in LB or Seal Beach for the last 5-6 years. My family's had a Vons card since '92-'93, before mom jeans were on the Internet. I've always appreciated the selection throughout the store from the bakery to sushi. In this case, I'm thankful they had Covid-19 vaccinations. I booked my appointment online and the RN, Mary (I think) was very gentle. I didn't even notice I received it. I also needed some Chobani Sweet Cream for my espresso. :)

I have mixed feelings about this place. Maybe it's the pandemic. I dunno... PARKING LOT. Surprisingly unkempt shopping center as far as cleanliness given the location is in one of the nicer parts of Long Beach. Trash can not emptied (glad trash is making it into the trash though) and overflowing. COVID PRECAUTIONS. Inside, this store is always very well set up. Even during the beginning of the pandemic when I could not find Bisquick for the life of me at any store, they had sheets of plastic covering everywhere and an employee posted out front to sanitize the carts. Now, sanitizer is available right when you enter the sliding doors. Very accessible and I have yet to see it empty. Carts are always available in the cart corral, and their weekly circulars are also always available. My fav section is the BAKERY. Love, love, love their selection of goodies. Really. Just perusing through gives me immense satisfaction. They sell whole pies and half pies, fresh baked bread, par baked bread, baklava, cinnamon rolls (also my fav), panettone for days... seriously--like year-round, fruit tarts, cookie platters, cakes for all occasions, donuts, muffins.... you see where my happiness comes from at Pavilion? Also outstanding is their deli counter and cheese selection. Wanna build the build the ultimate charcuterie tray?? Look no further. Pavillions has you covered.

One star is way too many. I have placed three, separate orders with the Pavilions app. The first time was a small order; there were no problems. The next two times were disasters. Both times, I got home to find that I had not been given numerous items, although I was definitely charged for every single thing. The first time that this happened, the staff found that someone had not loaded two bags worth of items in my car. The second time, the staff couldn't find the items at all, so I am guessing that someone got two bags worth of my groceries for free. I am done with Vons. I have neither the time, nor the patience to drive back-and-forth to Vons because of a continuing problem with basic competency.

Slightly outdated but they have everything you're looking for. I particularly go here for the meats. You can usually find tomahawks for $9.99 Ib. The butchers here are super friendly and always provide excellent service. Just picked up rib roast and they cut to order which is hard to find in a supermarket butcher these days.

I would like to give a big thank you to Nikki in the bakery. She was so helpful and kind when I ordered my daughter's birthday cake yesterday. I love the staff at this store and appreciate all that they are doing to keep customers safe. I appreciate the staff's kindness and professionalism during these stressful times!
