My sister and I went to Ford of Long Beach to get a new car we were interested in. When we arrived we were met by William Flores and immediately took us to see the car we wanted. We did a test drive and went to look at the numbers. William was so attentive and his personality is great. He went beyond our expectations and got us a really good deal that we couldn’t pass on. We highly recommend this place based on how well we were treated and accommodated by William. We will definitely be coming back soon as my mom is thinking about getting a car herself. Please go to this place and ask for a William Flores, you will not be disappointed. If I could give him 10 stars in this review I would. Thank you for everything William.

William Flores helped us so much. He was able to give us an amazing deal. I went to other places that were giving me ridiculous rates & monthly payments! William was able to get me an awesome one. He is so nice and was so helpful. I was able to leave today with a brand new Bronco at such a great deal. Which is my dream car. Came for a recall on an old F-150, but the service department was closed. A salesman asked me if I needed help, I explained and he offered a new truck. I asked around how much the payments would be and without asking my credit, what year, make, or model he said $700.... I was dumbfounded and said no that's too much. He said "then maybe it's time to go back to Mexico". I just nodded and said "yeah maybe, it's just too much right now. Maybe in the future." And left. That was quite the experience. Thanks, will not be returning.
Edit: After looking at some other reviews and photos it seems the racist salesman was William. And if he is the sales manager that's incredible.

Kamran showed me all the features on the Bronco Sport and when I liked the Heritage, he showed me what exactly "Heritage" meant. He took me on a test-drive and we spent some time in the office (although not very much time at all for trading in and buying a car)
I got to hit the gong, took pictures for a new owner video...the whole experience was really easy and fun and informational. Was taught how to do most everything so haven't even read the manual or watched videos yet. Kamran followed up with a supportive call.

Outstanding Service and Attention to Detail
I recently had my vehicle serviced at BP
Ford, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. From the moment I called in, Mike Gonzalez made sure that all my expectations were clearly understood and exceeded at every step.
He took the time to explain the service process, answered all my questions patiently, and provided regular updates. They made sure that every aspect of the service met the high standards they promised. My truck was returned to me in excellent condition, and they even took care of a few extra details that I hadn't mentioned but needed attention. ( I had a breakdown out of state).
The expectations service at BP Ford truly sets them apart, especially the level of customer service Mike provided as the service manager. It's rare to find a place that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction to this degree. I will definitely be returning for future services and highly recommend BP Ford to anyone looking for a service center that goes above and beyond.
