Simple oil change turned into a rude interaction. Customer service is hit or miss at this location. Front desk reps quote wrong prices. When I asked if a holiday coupon received in the mail could be used, I was told by the service rep, “no, why would that make sense?” Zero explanation. Thinking about driving out to Huntington Beach Ford next time. Their customer service is more consistent.

We’re very excited to have our new Ford Bronco! The car buying process is very different these days. The gentleman at BP Ford of Long Beach made buying a car a low stress, quick, and efficient, making buying a car fun again, not the chore of the days past.My salesperson, Kamran, was such a pleasure to talk to as we swiftly went through the sales process! His knowledge and experience with the Ford product, in fact 36 YEARS, of loyalty and service to this location and brand has impressed me more than you know. His comfort level with the Ford Brand/Product line and ability to address any questions & concerns about jumping back into the ford family, made my this simply the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!“Mo” made the finance process smooth and easy, offered me options for add ons without pressure, and walked me through the new electronic contract. Quick and easy…peasy! My support for this dealer, more than 75 miles from my home, meaning I drove past over a dozen Ford dealers to work with BP Ford for very good reason. Do yourselves a favor and check in with Kamran, tell’em I sent ya, and experience the fun & ease of buying a new Ford car or truck!

Best prices around! We drove down from the San Fernando Valley! This is a family oriented dealership, most everyone has been working there for 20 plus yrs. Definitely worth the drive! Our sales guy William is the best, he was very helpful and patient with us! Highly recommend checking out their inventory for your next car purchase…

Our visit to the BP Ford showroom for leasing a Ford Maverick hybrid with my beloved wife, Yana, was an absolute pleasure. Joseph, our sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable about the Ford Maverick, explaining its features and advantages thoroughly. His assistance made our decision-making process much easier, and the test drive sealed our choice.Elias, the financial consultant, efficiently managed the leasing paperwork, addressing all our queries promptly. He even surprised us with delicious cookies, which added a friendly touch to the whole experience. We're immensely thankful to the BP Ford team for their expertise and professionalism. Thanks to them, we're now looking forward to enjoying our leased Ford Maverick, a perfect addition to our family.

I just bought a brand new 2022 Mustang Shelby GT500 and I had a great buying experience. Firstly, salesperson Aaron Carlson was very professional and offered a no hassle experience in getting the deal I requested. Aaron even came in on his day off to get the deal completed. Secondly, manager Fortino Milian was gracious enough to bless the deal and help see it through. It's always good to work with "car guys" who have a passion and love for cars like we do because we start from a common ground. Lastly, Mo Azmi in finance pulled it through and put the icing on the cake. I can't say enough how much I am grateful for these guys for getting it done for me to take home a prized possession that I am sure I'll have years of smiles with. Thank you, gentlemen!

I went to this dealership for both service and sales since their management change.Service was on point and thorough thanks to Don and the team they have there.Sales team was decidedly helpful and low-pressure. A breath of a fresh air in an era where dealers like this are hard to come by.

Do not shop here if you are not looking for pressure sales or if you are a woman. My husband and I went in to view a car we were prepared to buy. We made the appointment and met Kamran at the dealership. He was on the phone and had the car pulled up for us. We went through the process but he stayed on his phone the entire time either texting or calling someone. Our red flags came when he and my husband went to talk about the payment and next steps. The price out the door suddenly jumped by 7k. He said the original price did not include the add ons. When we said we did not want the add ons he said it wasn’t possible to take them off because they were already on the car. So the advertised price was not honest. Then my husband had to take an important call of his own and asked the salesman to show me some other car options. While in the office when he was supposed to be showing cars, Kamran got up, unannounced, and gave the car keys we were looking at to another salesman, this felt inauthentic and like a pressure move. To both of the salesmen’s dismay the person who walked in said he was coming in for an appointment to look at a completely different car. They knew I heard but they still tried the move again when my husband was back in the room.Kamran entered the room again and showed me a car, maybe I wasn’t show enough facial reactions, but he decides he needs to take a call and leaves for a good while. It didn’t even appear he was on the phone he was just waiting by the front of the dealership and did not return till my husband came back.My husband and him continued to talk and the salesman said someone else was trying to buy the car. No one else was in the dealership now. And then he had another salesman come and take the keys, however I saw the salesman and knew he was alone in the room and then he noticed me and came to Kamran and nodded his head. They announced it is sold. That’s fine, if someone we couldn’t see really did buy the car. But we weren’t there long, why would he keep the appointment, say he pulled the car up for us and let us drive it? He did not mention someone else trying to buy it till my husband pressed on the honesty of the prices.Maybe someone did buy it, then it feels like we were a part of some dishonest game or bet between the salesmen of who could sell first.Either way, it felt inauthentic and full of pressure sales. I also felt devalued as a woman because he would not give me the time of day.The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars not 1 is because the facility was nice and maybe this was just an odd night for them.

Went in today for "The Works" oil change deal. We've been to this dealership for a few recall items and other service. The 2 stars are not directed towards the employees, they're directed towards the policy makers running this place.I was informed only just before inserting my credit card that this business has jumped on the anti-merchant fee bandwagon and are now passing the buck right onto us, their customers, with an added 3% fee for using a credit card.Mom & pop restaurants have been pulling this shit for a couple of years now, and guess what?We no longer patronize those restaurants.Newsflash: A "merchant" fee is supposed to be paid by the merchant.Passing it onto the backs of your customers as a "Misc. fee" on the invoice is not only wrong, it's shady, cheap, and gives pause to us returning for service in the future. You already charge plenty and make a huge profit on your service by inflating the cost of labor and the parts. Don't stab us in the back by passing on a fee that the credit card company charges YOU for the privilege of excepting credit cards. On a similar note, this is the second time you've acted shady like this. Shortly after you took over this dealership from Worthington, I went into your service department to inquire about a coupon I had received in the mail that was still valid for another week and a half. It was regarding replacement windshield wipers. To purchase and install a pair. It was only $19.99.You refused to honor the coupon, even though it was still valid, and sent me over to your parts department to even see if you had them in stock. You only had one wiper in stock, and the only thing you were willing to do is give a 10% discount off of the wipers instead of honoring the coupon. The 10% was nowhere near the amount saved with the coupon. As a result, I went elsewhere for wipers.Note:Brianna, you spend a lot of time apologizing on here for the bad reviews....How about management makes some changes around there and you won't have to?Start with dropping the 3% "Misc fee"you guys are charging customers who pay with credit cards to cover YOUR merchant fee.Shady shady extortion.I wasn't even informed about this until I was about to slide my card into the reader.Then.....gave a nice long talk with your service advisors.Perhaps send them to a "How tI be a better customer service representative " seminar.Zero personality and an overall "I could really give a shit" attitude.

When I tell you this Ford has it all, it HAS IT ALL! I’ve been to 3 different Ford dealers in Los Angeles county and Jim at the Ford of Long Beach has surpassed them all in every way. From going to bat, to make sure I get what I want, down to the hospitality I felt from the whole team here; it has been the best experience and wouldn’t recommend looking anywhere else for your Ford or even used car needs! Jim, Fortino and Elias are the dream team! Got me into a brand new F-150 Tremor. Thank you! See you when I’m ready for a new one!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! A month ago I bought a 2018 Hyundai Kona. My first issue was actually at the dealership while purchasing the car, Elias the finance/paperwork person keep on saying thinks like "if this cars engine messes up in idk 6 months, do you or your parents have money to fix?!" All while trying to force me to get extended warranty. He would get bothered if the same pen was used between 2 people. So don't do paperwork with him. He always didn't go through most of the paperwork since they were rushing to close. When I go home I realized that had added on $4000 more! The second issue I had was after purchasing the car, I was driving on the freeway and my antenna came off, I spoke to Kamran and William about it and they said they would get back to me. Kamran a week later texted me the number of Scott, who is in charge of service. Once I finally was able to get a hold of Scott (2 weeks, multiple messages with employees and multiple multiple voicemails) Scott told me that he was waiting on Kamran. I called him and he told me he couldn't do anything about because the manager of used cars said no. How disappointing is this, if you send a good amount purchasing this car for Kamran to tell me well you can get it cheap online. The third and most concerning problem I have with the car is that the check engine light came on. This is the 3rd wek with this car and already having multiple problems. As I told Kamran he just said go to a shop sometimes they have a machine and it tells you what's wrong with it. And call Scott before your 30 day warranty is done. Let's see what other excuses they come up with. This is crazy!Don't ever buy from this place! This was supposed to be a gift to myself for getting my first job as a healthcare worker in a hospital setting. Now look at all the problems and they can't even bother to return my calls.DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. I was apprehensive about getting a new car as I have always bought used vehicles. Plus I remember how pushy sales ppl can be. Aaron was not like that at all. He was nice and wanted to help me out. Everyone at the dealership was this way. Kamran helped with the technical stuff and told me to call him with any questions. They even called me after the purchase of the vehicle to make sure I was happy and knew how to work everything! Wow!!!! I will let all my friends and family know to come here when they wanna get a car/truck.

Notification of new owners of this old Worthington Ford dealership/ service in Long Beach was surprising and came with hesitation how it will be changed.Today was my first experience for my regular oil change/ service of my automobile, and was very disappointed with a few things, such as;Television is broken for some time, I would think they'd want to cater to customers especially the many loyal ones as me.Lobby was dirty and the only side table was not clean.A 3% fee for using credit cards for service. The service was extremely expensive, 30%.Not happy with who's running this facility. Couldn't get a new business card from service provider since the new owners only give out ONE box. Really?

I will only go to BP Ford of Long Beach. I've tried the other Ford Dealerships in the area and had nothing but bad luck. BP Service staff greeted me as soon as I pulled up with a smile. I explained my problem to the Service advisor that was helping me and felt completely confident that my vehicle would be repaired to my satisfaction. When I picked up my vehicle, it was washed and ready to go. The vehicle runs great again. Thank you BP Ford!

Go to Caruso instead!!!! Very disappointed in the service team. When I walked in through the doors no one bothered to greet me or check me in when I arrived. The overall vibe from the staff that works there is that they most likely hate their jobs. Everyone that works at the service center has a bad attitude, I am better taken care of at the Caurso location up the street. They offer more of a white glove service compared to the staff at this location. My advice to the owner: please provide customer service training to your staff. It really changes the vibe and customers will feel more welcome when they are most likely upset because they are having car issues.

Well, let's see if I can properly recount the events that led me to leave this review. I called the sales person on a Tuesday evening, who knew very little, if anything about the vehicle in which I was interested. Rather than telling me that he would get back to me after doing some research, he proceeded to tell me some incorrect details which I knew were made up on the spot. Undeterred, I decided to make an appointment and go and look at the vehicle the next morning. Wednesday morning, I called to confirm my appointment with BP Ford of Long Beach. Not only did I call the office, but I also texted the individual salesman on his personal cell phone who also confirmed the appointment.Upon my arrival, I was informed that said salesman did not work on that particular day. No problem, I figured the dealership would take care of him and I would deal with someone else. When I inquired about the vehicle they told me that the vehicle had sold and they had nothing similar. Did I mention that I drove over an hour and 15 minutes to the dealership based on the confirmed appointment that we had?Obviously, being somewhat dissatisfied with the events that had occurred thus far, I decided to depart the dealership. Having been in business for a very long time, I thought that perhaps the sales manager would like to know what had happened. I contacted Shaun, the sales manager, and informed him of my experience. To his credit, he apologized profusely. He also told me not to leave the area and that he would call me back within 15 minutes to give me other options as well as a new sales person with whom I could work.Well, it's been over a month and I've yet to hear anything from the manager. Almost comically, the salesperson followed up the next day via text to ask how it went. I told him exactly what had happened and to no surprise, he did not respond again. I'm truly in awe at how this dealership stays in business and will never forget this experience. Fortunately I've had time to think and can now laugh at this entire ordeal but consider yourself warned when choosing this particular Ford dealership.
