Their program is good but the way they run the Ludloff center is HORRIBLE. My child has allergies that I let them know since ENROLLMENT with a prescription and they still would ask me to pick him up because they thought he had COVID. Even coming back with a negative test meant nothing for them because they still would want me to keep him home until his symptoms subside. They wanted a letter from the doctor stating his allergies because apparently his prescription for ALLERGIES wasn't enough. They would ask me to cut my son's nails and when I did, they would tell me to file it smoother like what? They would complain my son wore his favorite shirt twice and claim he'd wear it all week. The teachers and staff have no business saying impertinent statements like those and I felt constantly like they purposely made it difficult for me to keep my son in their care. I would have to call off my job at least once a week because of his allergies. I'm lucky I didn't get fired from my job with how many times I've had to call off. I do not recommend this center, I can't speak for the other Young Horizon centers.
