“Smitty's is an exceptional auto body repair shop. The time that they take to get your repairs done and their experience dealing with the insurance companies is remarkable.
So they perform their inspection and then see what the insurance company missed on theirs. Then, they resubmit the paperwork back to the insurance company to make sure that all of the damage is covered before they begin. I don't need to explain the hassle and expense of unexpected expenses.
Their communication sets a standard I would like to see from anyone I do business with.

“J&J Body Shop is the kind of business that is rare in today's economy. They are genuinely nice people, honest, and sincerely caring about their customers. My experience today with J&J has left me feeling great, happy, and lucky to have chosen to interact with them.
I had a mishap last night in a parking lot that left two parts of my right front fender separated by several inches. There wasn't much damage to the metal, but it definitely couldn't be left the way it was. I drove to J&J without an appointment, and Nick came out to check it out. He told me that it could be put back together, and they could try to buff out the scrapes as much as possible. It would take an hour and be about $250. He told me that as an alternative, they could get new pieces and completely reconstruct the fender for about $1,400. Nick and I agreed that the more expensive option didn't make sense for my 2019 Santa Fe. He had someone who could work on it if I wanted to wait in the waiting room for an hour.
Soon after Nick took the car inside, he came out to the waiting room to tell me it wasn't going to take as long as he first thought, so it would be closer to $200. Since I had prepared myself for the higher amount, that sounded great.
15 minutes later, Nick came out to tell me they were able to get it done quickly, the car was outside, and there would be no charge. No charge! I was ready to spend $250, yet this amazing company decided that for what they had to do, there would be no charge. And the repair they did looks terrific! You really have to look up close to see anything at all. Who does that?
To say that I highly recommend J&J for any and all body work is an understatement. Their talent, their honesty, and their integrity is hard to find in the business world. I will be telling all my friends and family about J&J, and I can tell you that if you ever need their services, you don't have to look any further than J&J in Roseville.”

Rob and team were generous with their time and clearly laid out what I could expect from repairs. Did I ask a ton of question? You bet I did. Did Rob patiently answer every one of those inquires? Yes, yes he did. I’m no car expert, but I walked away knowing exactly what the team would be doing, what they’d look out for, and trusted that my best interests and safety were top of mind.

I also got some coding done and had a few Dinan upgrades installed. Can't say enough good things about the shop. Igor the owner was very easy to work with and the turn around was very fast. “Joe, Stephen and the Edwards crew did a great job replacing, repainting and add PPF to fix a ding I did and it came out like new. Perfect match and seems fit in and under in all regards. Great attention to detail and mindful of how car nuts can be about thier cars. What was especially pleasant is when getting into the job, there was an unforseen techinicality that made doing something more specifically impossible (also painting the lower spoiler), they handled it very professionally and took ownership of the issue to make everything liek new, which is a business ethic you very rarely find today. That said, I highly recommend them if you want your car done right THey also have a great network of like minded peers peers for anything else auto related you might be thinking to do or service your car, etc.”
“These guys were great. This was my first experience with a collision repair and I will bring it back to them if I am ever in need again. They worked for me with my insurance to get all that I needed from them. When there was a part that could not be replaced due to it being out of production and no availability in the wrecking yards, they got my insurance to wave my deductible. Jeff, in the office, was very easy to talk to and gave me updates every couple of days. He would call and check with me along the repair process and ensure I was getting the service I needed. Long story short, there is no need for me to have my repairs done any where else.
The paint matches perfectly and has a beautiful finish. They even vacuumed the inside of my truck and wiped it all down. Picked it up cleaner than when I dropped it off. Top notch service.”
