“What a wonderful experience. James, the owner was fantastic at assisting us during the whole process. We ended up with the exact engineered hardwood flooring that we wanted. The Nielson flooring installation crew was incredible, they taped and sealed everything off to contain all of the dust during the demo process. What I personally noticed during the installation process, was that the flooring installers were a throwback to a time when skilled tradesman actually took pride in their craft. Their attention to detail and work ethic was refreshing. I was on a very tight timeline to get a complete house install directly after closing and before we moved in. The installation schedule was able to accommodate, and the guys doing the install couldn't have done a better, more professional job. I was very pleased.
