Excellent shop. This is our second vehicle to be repaired by Collision Pros. Their work is top notch! Madison is such a great person to work with. She always has a smile and projects such positive energy. The manager Brent Rees is totally dedicated to quality service and he is there to answer any questions or concerns. It is also nice to see how they support the local community of Loomis. Highly recommend these folks.

Sadly, we have had several minor accidents with our Infinity over the last 3 years. We used two different collision repair shops with absolutely dismal results and customer service, so I was determined to find another this time. I cannot tell you how delighted I have been with Collision Pros! From the front desk, to the service people to the management, what a breath of fresh air!!

I have recently had my car fixed twice the last few months with Collision Pros-Loomis.
Brent and his staff are fantastic. Very satisfied with the repairs on my Lincoln. Repaired sooner than expected. Always a warm greeting and greats Customer service all around. Highly recommend!

Probably the best car repair experience we have ever had. Done right with factory parts and looks better than new. (They aligned the Tesla fender that was a little crooked from factory.)

The hood on my car was fading and I went to 3 auto shops re if the hood could be painted and matched to the rest of the car. Madison looked at the car and told me they could do it. I am SO glad I went with Collision Pros, not only because they were closer to where I live but because everyone was so nice and I felt like they were being very honest with not only their ability in matching the paint but also with the cost. I was brought t to tears when I saw my car-it was ABSOLUTELY beautiful!!!!
