We’ve been dealing with major delays from our homeowners insurance company, to the point where we’ve been without fully functioning bathrooms for nearly three months — and it’s still not resolved. “I had to come down from Reno to get some DMV paperwork processed. I cannot praise enough Danielle who was working in the DMV section of the Auburn branch. She was so delightful and kind, and was able to walk me through what I needed. At the time it was brought to my attention that I needed an additional form signed by the car's seller. She helped me fill out the form with all the info but the signature. I then went got the signature and then came back to the branch. I was able to get right in and assigned to Danielle again. She remembered who I was and then helped me finish by DMV transactions. I cannot say how much the Auburn branch personal were great to work with.”
