My interaction over the cellphone with a female employee was odd. I asked if I could return an item with ACE name and have a receipt. She checked and they carry the item; store policy, cannot accept it.

I can’t say enough good things about our local Ace Hardware. They’re always so friendly and helpful, and it really feels like they care about our community. I love that they give our local kids jobs and treat them with so much respect when they come in after school. It means a lot to see a business that supports our youth and our schools the way they do.
No matter what I need, they always seem to have it, and someone is always right there willing to help. We’re really lucky to have them in our town.

ACE packs a good amount of merch into a small space. The store is clean, well lit, and well organized. Staff is professional and polite. The drawback is that options are limited since it's a small store. They literally only had one option for 2 of the items I went for, and didn't sell wood stain because they're adjacent to the local paint store - which makes sense given the square footage of the store. It's a good store if you don't need a variety of options to choose from.

Easily the best BBQ store around. If I could I would apply for a job there. Just love going in and talking BBQ and looking at whatever is new in the store.

This is the go to place for hardware! I needed a set screw for my kitchen faucet. Mark in the store was very kind and helpful and found the screw for me that i needed. I plan to come here for any future needs.
