Raley's Pharmacy is a hit or miss experience. The staff is friendly most of the time but can sometimes be rude. There are issues with prescription readiness, where notifications say a prescription is ready but it actually requires a further wait, which is inconvenient. However, the pharmacy is also described as very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Communication is excellent. They take their work seriously and have genuine, positive regard for their patients. The service receives solid praise from many customers.
