I have had an amazing experience with RFT Wellness! Their nutritional program is exceptional and tailored specifically to my needs. With Ryan's support, I've made significant progress(lost 45+lbs) in achieving my fitness goals. I can't say enough great things about RFT! Ryan is an exceptional trainer who genuinely cares about his clients. He treats each individual as unique, with specific training and nutrition needs. His nutrition coaching eliminates all of the guesswork when learning how to properly fuel your body by knowing what to eat and how much. I am grateful to have him as a trainer on my wellness journey!

I’ve been training with RFT Wellness for over a year. The wealth of experience and knowledge in both fitness and nutrition is second to none. What I appreciate most about RFT’s team is they understand people are complicated and don’t approach training as one size fits all but can cater to individual needs and goals. I’ve seen major life changes with both RTF’s personal training as well as their nutrition programs. Client for life!

I've been struggling to lose the baby weight ever since I had my 2nd child, but truth be told, my baby is now nine years old! I’ve never been a stranger to dieting or working out, but when I reach a plateau, I have always been one to give up. I needed accountability and a way to measure results that didn’t involve a scale. They have a cool machine called InBody which measures body fat, skeletal muscle mass and even does a fat analysis of different body parts; so when I’m discouraged by the scale, I can still see my body progressing with this scan.For the last 11 weeks, I’ve been attending one personal training session per week and group fitness classes 3-4 days a week. I log everything I eat and drink, and this data gets reviewed regularly, and then adjustments are made to my calories and macros as I progress. I’ve lost 18 pounds and 10% body fat, something I thought was impossible before joining this gym! The people at RFT are fantastic, the music is motivating, and the workouts are always different, so I stay challenged. I wake up at 5 am every day because I’m excited to work out, which is something I couldn't have imagined saying three months ago!

I felt like i had a team of strangers that new i could push through there various workout stations and it made me what it got much more to better myself for me cuz I knew I wanted it it was great. I would highly recommend and I wish I could go back

I signed up for the 6 week challenge and am finishing my final week. This gym and program have been amazing! Everyone is extremely supportive and helpful. I've made wonderful friendships with members and staff. If you stick with the program it really works and you get amazing results. They have so much to offer from different exercising routines and equipment to supplements and meal plans. You're held accountable. Which in return makes you want to push yourself harder and strive to do your best. Thank you Raw Fit! You've been life changing!

My daily workouts sponsered by Rawfit and Coffee!! I love RawFit, 3 months ago I made the choice to join the RawFit 42day detox.. The meal plans were super easy and the workouts are fun and challenging, 20 pounds down and getting stronger every day!! I can truly say RFT is a game changer for me!! In the first month I pushed myself to 3/wk min in evening classes and by the second month I was 3-5 /wk and up and running at 5 am.. Persistencey and consistencey has been paying off for me! IF YOU WANT IT, RAWFIT WILL HELP YOU GET IT

Raw Fit has been part of my morning routine since opening day. I enjoy the fun, challenging and varied workouts with a great group of people. Bummed that they are closed Saturdays. Appreciate that they continue to invest in new equipment.

If you are looking for a gym that has awesome energy and knowledge than look no further, you will find it at RAW! If you are looking for a great group of people to work out with, you will find a family at RAW! The trainers at RAW are eager to help and will take the time with you. Also, they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I started my fitness journey with Raw Fit in February 2016. I remember when I first started I could barely do a sit up ! Now not only can I do a sit up but just the other day did 125 sit ups holding a 10 lb ball!!! Over the past couple years I’ve fallen on and off my fitness journey, had stopped going to Raw, gained back the weight I had lost and needed a reboot !!! In October I joined their 6 week challenge and it was exactly what I needed to get my butt in gear again !!! Since then I have lost 16 lbs, gotten so much stronger and I’m feeling great !!! This is definitely the most challenging workout I have ever done but each day I finish the workout I say to myself... I did it!!!! I love the fact that everyday the workout is different, the atmosphere is friendly and the instructors are so encouraging!!!! I will never go to another “regular “ gym again as I now believe that any other workout is a waste of my time !! Thank you Raw Fit for your support during my fitness journey!!!!

Fitness has been a big part of my life for the last 20 years. I have tried many different types of gyms and ways to stay fit. From traditional gyms, to mountain biking..... Then I found RAW fit. Although I still enjoy mountain biking, it has taken a back seat to my fitness life and has been replaced by daily workouts at RAW fit. I am now in the best shape I’ve been in years, have made some great friends from here and truly look forward to getting up early to make the 6am class. The owner and trainers are supportive of each individuals ability and goals. The classes are comprised of a large variety of age groups and fitness levels and the classes are designed to fit and push each of those to grow to the next level. Thank you to everyone at RAW fit. I see myself there for years to come.

I’ve been going to Raw Fit for a couple of years and really enjoy the group-fit classes. I’ve belonged to other gyms where I did my own workout, but tended to use the same machines and routines. At Raw Fit, each day we work a different muscle group combined with some cardio. I find I push myself much harder, get a better overall workout, and never get bored.

This gym is legit. I have been a client for several years and I am in the best shape of my life . Each workout is original, the staff is knowledgeable and the members are like family. If you are looking for a comfortable environment and a workout plan for all fitness levels, RAW fit is the place.
