Fantastic customer service. I needed chocolates right before Christmas and they had my online order ready same day for local pick up. Everything is simply but elegantly packaged and the chocolate is delicious.

I came across this brand at Blue Marble Candy Shop in Buffalo NY. The waffle pecan bar is the first we tried, and we enjoyed it. The bar is flat and thin, breaks easily into pieces to eat. It's a perfect after dinner treat. It comes well wrapped and beautifully packaged. $6 isn't cheap for a candy bar, but it was very good, and I'll buy another one. I'd love to try their other options too. I went and checked out the website, they do offer shipping too. The other options are pretty wide and varied. Marshmallows and various other chocolate bars and treats. This was founded by sisters in law and is now owned by one of their friends.

This year before Christmas Peet's was selling chocolate peppermint bark by Ticket, rather than Jo's as they did last year. I waited for their after Christmas sale and that's when I learned about the change in purveyors. I ordered 4 boxes. The boxes are 8.5 oz rather than 11 oz and I can't remember how the prices compare. The chocolate bark is tasty, a mixture of dark and white chocolate swirled together w/ broken bits of peppermint candy cane embedded in the top, although I remember the peppermint being a bit more assertive in Jo's peppermint bark. Where Jo's used metal tins, Ticket uses clear flexible plastic boxes. Ticket is based in Loomis, near Sacramento, making them more local than Jo's, which is based in Southern California. I don't know if they have a brick and mortar store or whether the address above is their factory. The candy soothed my peppermint bark cravings. I still have more than a box left, having given one to Tammy and Kevin. What I have will hold me until next year.

I got a hot chocolate on a stick as a gift and was so surprised at how delicious the hot cocoa was! I just thought it was a really cute idea so my expectations for the flavor weren't that high. WOW was I impressed! I love this stuff! Now I'm gifting it to all my friends!

I love Ticket Kitchen...I love that the chocolate is so rich and yummy. It makes it easy to have a simple treat/pleasure and feel pampered. I love to give them as gifts, especially during the cold winter months...ok...California doesn't get too cold...but it is still good
