I just want to say this store is absolutely the best place to get smoke accessories and gifts for birthdays and such. The owner is beyond nice and accommodating, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming in to check out their supplies. The crew is amazing too (Nick) absolutely awesome person.

“Fave cigar lounge in the area. My boyfriend and I enjoy date nights here. They carry some pretty special Fuentes we haven't found other places. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It kind of reminds me of a modern Cheers. Love them!”

“Nice shop, but even cooler employees!! I came in for a vape tank, replacement glass, for an obscure RTA and they had a brand new name brand unit ready for a fair price! Then, we got to talking about flavors, and they had some diy stuff ready to roll, sign me up! Thanks for the quick, knowledgeable, and friendly service!”
“As a bar owner, and hospitality professional, I know that Customer Service is of paramount importance, and I teach that to my staff. I found a somewhat rare, and beautiful bottle of Scotch that I needed for a good friends Birthday. Eli, helped through the process of purchasing, shipping & getting it buttoned up with a bow(so to speak). Eli even offered to walk across the street to a neighboring business, to buy a card to attach to the gift. That's wildly exceptional service! Thank you so incredibly much! You'll be my first source from this point on. Cheers!”
“First time going there very nice atmosphere. The gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable. Very respectful. I would recommend this place to anybody that I know. They also carry a few cigars that I cannot wait to try.”

“Honestly, one of the best hookah lounges I’ve been to in a long time.
If you actually care about a good session, you know how hard it is to find a spot that doesn't just rush through the prep or use cheap quick-lights. This place does it right. The hardware they use is super high-quality, the draw is incredibly smooth, and they use proper heat management instead of just throwing foil over the bowl.
I ordered a citrus mix and the flavor was spot-on—clean, crisp, and it stayed fresh the entire night without getting scorched or harsh. You can tell whoever packed it actually knows what they’re doing with the airflow.
The staff is also on point. They’re super attentive and come by to check on the coals and rotate them exactly when you need it, so the clouds stay dense from start to finish.
The atmosphere is just a really solid vibe, too. The seating is comfortable, the music is at a perfect level where you can actually sit and talk without shouting, and it’s just a great, chill spot to kickback with friends or get some work done.
Definitely going to be my new regular spot. 10/10 recommend.”
“Mitchell provides world-class customer service and has the technical expertise to get you set up with what you want, even if you have never stepped into a smoke shop in your life. You feel welcomed every time because of his great attitude and willingness to please.”
“Absolutely the best smoking shop I’ve been to. Amazing customer service, very polite and respectful staff, and a truly professional atmosphere. The owner is a genuine and honorable person. I genuinely enjoy shopping here every time. Highly recommended.”

“I love little hole in the wall shops, it's seems like they always have the best selection and always killer employees. I'm not good with names, but the woman and man who work here are super sweet! Always have a great conversation when I'm there.”
“These guys are hands down the best smoke shop in citrus heights, theyre friendly funny and always helpful. I wont go to any other smoke shop unless theyre closed!”
“These guys are amazing! They ensure they have my hard to find cigarettes and at the lowest price I've ever found. World class customer service! I'll never go anywhere else!”
“This is a place where you walk into a space that feels so welcoming & inviting that you may not want to leave! You are greeted by the most awesome proprietor. He is knowledgeable about his products and has made valuable suggestions for me, which was super helpful. After chatting with me a little & getting to know what kind of product I was looking for, he understood what I wanted more than I did.He then explained to me why he thought I might not enjoy "this product" but he offered me a few different alternatives he thought I would enjoy more, for which I was greatly appreciative. I don't relish the idea of wasting money on something I won't like & having it end up as garbage. He has given me a couple of complimentary samples to take home to "try before you buy."To me, it feels like this shop is his passion. He treats you with respect & welcomes you as if you were family or a dear friend.Honestly, I'd love to sit down with him over a coffee or tea and visit him for a while. While there, I've seen other customers come in and I could see that they felt the same way I do.It's very nice, during these crazy days, to find a gem such as this one.I will always choose this shop over others because of this welcoming gentleman.”
“Popped in for a bowl, since I broke mine (again). Ended up leaving with some really cool stuff! Josh helped us, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The selection is great. So many different things, yet- not crammed full of tons of "stuff". I like the variety. There are a few really artsy hand blown pieces, some outrageous bongs, and regular ones, pipes in all sizes, and dabbing tools/rigs, even rolling papers and ashtrays! This place has everything a puffer like myself may need. I even grabbed a gift for my Sister. Sweeeet!”
“I recently visited, and I must say it’s a fantastic place for anyone who appreciates quality smoking products and a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help and share their knowledge.
The selection of products is impressive! They carry a wide variety of high-quality tobacco, accessories, and glassware. I was particularly impressed by their assortment of unique smoking pipes and bongs that you wouldn’t find anywhere else. The shop also has a great selection of herbal alternatives and vaping products, catering to all preferences.
What truly sets this smoke shop apart is the atmosphere. It has a relaxed, inviting vibe that makes you want to browse for hours. The staff is not only knowledgeable but genuinely passionate about their products, which makes for an enjoyable shopping experience. They took the time to answer all my questions and even provided great recommendations based on my preferences.
Prices are reasonable, and they often have special deals that make it easy to stock up on your favorites without breaking the bank. Plus, the shop is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you need.
Overall, I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a top-notch smoke shop experience. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or a curious beginner, you won’t be disappointed! I can't wait to go back and explore more of what they have to offer.”
“I've been to most shops in Auburn and they are in the top 2 for best all around prices and options. Definitely one of my go to's.
I love that their hours are early to late. I think one of the latest to stay open, which is awesome!
The 3 different staff I've met have always been super cool.”
“Great place, great prices. The owner has been there almost 20 years and is really knowledgeable and kind. My favorite smoke shop whenever im in the Citrus Heights area.”
“Josh was very helpful teaching me about vapes of his experience and helped me pick out perfect first mod ever he really broke it down took the time to explain what to do what to get he helps mepick out good vape juices”
“I came in to get a replacement coil for a Vape I hadn't used in a while. I was in and out of this place in 5 minutes. Owners were polite, knowledgeable and professional. The staff of the local competitor (where I originally bought the Vape and had just come from) was rude and uneducated. This was a refreshing change compared to that place. This is now my new go to for any and all of my vape/tobacco needs.”
“Good prices and a great selection, it's locally owned and operated and is easy to access from the free way. Definitely my favorite smoke shop in this part of town.”
“Crazy this place has no reviews because the customer service was awesome. Stopped in just to get something small but the guy behind the counter was super friendly and chill. Decent selection and even better prices. Other shops should be embarrassed, because this is how you're supposed to do it. Skip the place across the street that says they're open but never are, and give these guys your business because they deserve it.”
“Great place and great customer service. The staff are always very welcoming. The products they sell are cheap and affordable Highly recommend to anyone who lives in Auburn ca, or just passing through.”

“I love this store and Rocky's employees! And the cigarette prices are the best in town, all the way down to Sacramento! If anyone knows a place that offers cheaper cigarettes than this place I'd love to know, but they'd better have employees that are nicer than these, or I'm sticking with Rocky's store!! (Good luck on that!)Just check out the prices and how you feel when you enter the store. How you feel when you leave means everything!”
“Jazz takes care of me every time. I’ve been shopping here since day one I’ve never had an issue with any of my pieces I’ve gotten from there the one time I did i brought it back in and they made it right thanks fellas keep up the good work.”

“Owner must be a psychobilly fan so I dig the clothing selection and the prices on kratom were killer, I left with 3 nekromatix shirts and a buzz. Definitely will be back.”
“I smoke Dunhill International cigarettes-Red Box; which are hard to find and pricey usually...Well! I Finally Found A Store thar not only stocks them but doesn't charge me $20.00 a pack. Love these guys! Great store-great service and if they do t carry it they will get it for you if it is human possible. Shop Happy!”
“I really enjoy the incense selection they have. My favorite is the Champa Incense ( $1.99 for 10 sticks ). The service was honest. The trinkets were priced for sale and precious.”
“The Staff here is so friendly, I don't drink but buying gifts for my Family/(friends) this is my to go to.... “This was my first time coming here, and it was a really great experience. I had an amazing time talking with Ron and his grandson, learning more about cigars. They treated us so well, and I truly appreciated their kindness. If you have not had any experience with cigars, I definitely recommend checking this place out.”
