“July 10 on my way to Boca reservoir for camping my radiator hose popped off. I had just replaced it on July 5. I got off at the bell Rd exit in Auburn and cried. After sitting there knowing I couldn't put it on again due to my hands aren't strong enough for those clamps, I called mid Sierra towing. Jason showed up faster than I was told and the hose also had a hole from hitting the fan. He drove me to napa Auto parts and we bought a hose and different clamps, ones I could manage with a screw driver. Jason even let me use their account for a huge discount. The only credit card I have mid Sierra doesn't except. So, while he replaced the hose. I dug through my cupboards in my RV and came up with bills id been saving, I rolled $10 in quarters and any spare change I had. I didn't have the amount I needed to pay in full and I offered my address so they could send me a bill for the rest. Jason said no, I just want you to relax, get out of here and go enjoy camping. By then I was crying so hard I don't remember him leaving. In our world these days, people have become so selfish and think only about themselves. Jason is the nicest, most helpful person I've met in a very long time. Hopefully, I won't need towing again, but I will definitely call mid Sierra if I do. If you're in need in the Auburn, Roseville, Nevada city area. PLEASE call mid Sierra towing. They are THE BEST.”
