I been working out at this place for almost a year and I love it. It works with my schedule, you can show up and there is always a trainer ready to help you. And also I feel really comfortable because it’s a girls environment only.

I’ve been going to this workout for a month and a half and I love it, you can start at any time you arrive, the trainers are awesome because they challenge you within your abilities and you have your own progress.

30 minute hit is the the spot!! Rich, Kyle, and Abby are the best trainers… they will push you to do your best and keep you on your toes!! I love kickboxing and if you want to relieve some stress come on in and Join!!!

I love 30 minutes hit.. every employees are so nice and friendly.. especially Rich and Kyle..I'm not used to do exercise so it's hard to do it but they encourage me every time I want to give up..So, I'm always success and I'm very happy for it..

Can I give them 10 stars?? This place has it all. The owner and trainer Rich is very attentive and experienced. The workouts are crazy fun and teach self-defense, and it's women-only. What's not to like!? P.s. pink gloves and pink workout gear...get you some!

30 minute HIT is great in that it’s all women, you get in an efficient work out, and the coaches are great. I also love the flexibility in being able to get my work out in whenever I’m able to arrive vs. having to sign up for a class, waiting for machines at the gym, ect. Facility is very clean and I love that it’s unlimited visits with the membership. Just started a couple of weeks ago and I feel less stressed and in better shape already. Give this spot a try, you won’t regret it!

Wow!! 30 minute HIT in Los Al is awesome. I came in for a free trial and signed up for a year. I am right side hemiplegic so I have limited mobility and strength in right extremities. Trainer Rich assisted me in making accommodations and modifications so I could get the best extension and power in my movements. After 4 sessions, I already feel a difference in my right side and my muscles and mobility are more controlled. Rich and the other trainers as well as the other clients are super encouraging. I especially appreciate the non-judgmental perspective Rich exhibits. He supports me by pushing me to the limit and I am motivated to put forth maximum effort. I am so happy that I joined. So worth it!!

I walked into 30 Minute Hit as a free trial customer. And 30 minutes later walked out a hot (but feeling good) Mess. Rich the owner gave me my introductory workout. He was informative, easy going and gave you just the right amount of push without being a drill sergeant. I was absolutely worked out in that 30 minutes. Everyone was encouraging and an overall feeling of unity was felt in that gym. It was immaculate, the bathroom sparkly fresh and clean and the whole place radiated positivity. No one forced a sales pitch on me, there was no pressure to join. Just an honest conversation with a man who really seemed willing to help me reach my weight goals. I plan on becoming a member (it was that awesome), the prices are reasonable and I truly walked out of there feeling good. TIRED AND SWEATY but good on the inside. Highly recommended for 2 reasons. 1 you get the self defense edge during this workout (which I recommend for all women) and 2 the entire experience was so positive and encouraging it was surreal. I got to let out my aggression and cleanse my soul simultaneously. (Cheaper than therapy! lol)

"wow".....the work outs are truly personal. The environment is motivating, attentive, organized clean and positive. Rich is genuinely caring and knowledgeable. With two weeks (3x/wk) training, I already feel more stamina and joy. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Words can't express how thankful I am to find 30 Minute Hit! I have arthritis in my knees and hip and have had 3 back surgeries and HATE Gyms. I found HIT at the end of 2022, and haven't felt better. I've even recruited 2 friends. Thanks Rich and Drey!!!

I just started working out at 30 minute hit and I love it! The trainer is great! Really motivates you to keep going, and to give it your all. The energy is very positive and the ladies are awesome!
