Do not use these people for battery service! I drive a Toyota and the AAA battery was not even a year old and died leaving white acid all in my engine compartment. I dread calling them and this time got no text message update and the robot system sucks want a live operator that is what AAA should be. I had dinner waiting on me. The tech first drove off when I was upstairs and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. He said 550 Maine on the phone and I texted him 555 the number in the ticket. I called again and he hung up on me 2x. Then he made me dig through my car for the receipt. It is 2024 and he ended up calling the call center anyway. My replacement battery in my Toyota compact car is a H22 and has white stuff leaking out of it only dated 01/23. The dude did not want to sell me a battery I look in the back of the open bed f150 pick up and there were only a few used batteries. No ford transit enclosed. Then the guy parks his big truck land states that I have no warranty no discount on my battery replacement. He clearly did not have a battery to sell me so in addition to being rude he was wasting my time. Been a member with aaa for 12 years. Then it is 20 minutes til auto zone closes and the guy did not move his truck I had to jump my own car to get the windows closed and car locked, take out and put in my own battery, and paid more for autozone battery since they have digital receipts better batteries and no bad attitude tow drivers with no batteries this is not the first time I get a drug addicted racist tow driver with no battery to sell.

We went in the aaa office and was treated very well by the insurance agent. Since that time I was called by an agent from 949 area code. When I renewed my current policy he hung. Very unprofessional.

In terms of travel Mary Felkner is the best! I would give it 5 stars but I recently called and Sean answered. Instead of helping me out with my insurance info that I needed ASAP he sent me back to voice robot and I couldn't get my info b.c. i did not have my policy number so when I finally got through again I had to wait for a call back which took 14 minutes and thus I could not complete what I needed done during my lunch. So now I have to wait until next week b.c. Monday is a holiday and I can't get my sticker for my car for my gated commty. UGH if he just took the time to look up my info and email it to me I could have saved all this aggravation!

Let me begin by saying that AAA is way more knowledgeable than DMV! The Member Service Specialist who helped me was AWESOME! God bless her! I had transferred my plates from my old vehicle to my new vehicle. Why didn't DMV tell me that i was supposed to get new plate replacements for the old vehicle? Well Karen Dossman hooked me up and told me what to do!! I am staying with AAA just for DMV issues!! THANK YOU, KAREN!! Everyone at this office was very friendly and helpful!! This will be my go-to AAA office!!

Untrustworthy. Behaves like the rip off mechanics with shady actions and partnerships. I wouldn't trust the AAA service drivers at all as I see them causing more accidents than helping struggling motorists.

Good location right off Katella but beware parking can be kind of a pain in the butt but there is options on the side of the building. Had to come to this place to register a new car and the process was pretty quick and easy if you're going to pay for AAA and you have the membership benefits already why not come here and save yourself a trip to the DMV which can be a nightmare. You Can you check in right at the front get your number and wait for your name to be called, this all went pretty smooth and the whole process took about an hour. That's why the reason for the -1 star. The cool thing about this place is that they have the stickers and all the stuff you need right there so you don't have to wait for them to be mailed, which is pretty convenient friendly staff that are doing their best to keep the line moving, and everybody had a pleasant attitude, which is a bonus. Come check it out if you want to save yourself a trip to the DMV.

AAA membership is worth it just to avoid going to the DMV. In addition, I drive a Land Rover. So tow trucks and me are good friends!

The employees at this branch are the best. I really only go into the branch for basic registration and pink slip problems than can't be handled online through the DMV's website. I have found them to be efficient and professional.

I use the Los Alamitos location because it's close to my job and very convenient. I have visited this location for registration renewals and a passport photo. Each time I'm in the staff there is very courteous and professional. I'm usually in and out pretty quickly.

Don't purchase their roadside service. Their commercials are lies. I had to call AAA roadside service and I have been a member for 42 years. I had a dead battery and the guy they sent out was very unpleasant and did absolutely nothing. He did not check my battery nor did he have a battery to install. This day cost me a fortune having to get a ride to the auto part store and pay the high price for a battery then go home and try to install it myself as a senior citizen. I have not used this service that I have paid for many years and when I finally needed it they did not help me even 1%.

Busy on Saturdays and weekdays is best if you can. Helpful folks as usual. Definitely closer and more convenient coming here vs DMV.

I’ve been with Triple AAA for a couple months now with no issues the last couple of months until now… during the month of may they had took my insurance for the month because I paid it on time. After that they had notified me that my insurance was late when it wasn’t because I have receipts of it being paid on time and them putting it as insufficient funds when it wasn’t. Than they charged me extra more for my insurance and haven’t given me back my money I already paid for my insurance and said they can’t do anything about it… I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want this to happen to you and your money…

I was in the neighborhood of my old location of Triple AAA when i lived in Los Alimitos and Cypress. I stopped here to renew my registration yesterday and i stood in line for 25 minutes. Nice location and the service is ok. They never have such a huge crowd. I was happy with m service.

Heather was awesome at this AAA. She helped with DMV issues and though it was alot and confusing, she explained everthing, fixed what needed it and got us on our way. Thank you for help AAA.
