They didn't want to answer the door. I placed a significant order with the lady over the phone. The pickup was scheduled three days later so I had time to borrow a pickup truck. On the day of pickup I arrived with the truck but nobody would answer the door. I saw their car parked outside and I can hear the doorbell, and then called several times. No answer to my repeated phone calls, doorbell rings, or knocks on the door. What a waste of time doing business with them. Bad!

Drove all the way here and no answer on phone or door. They are suppose to be open now, but the place looks run down and ringer disabled. Big waist of our time.

I would say find another place to do your business i drive all the way here and they're closed . There are people here but they won't open up. Not dependable no inventory no nothing here it looks like a house.

Great customer service!!! The people there are extremely helpful and nice, and they tell you, in detail, on which product is the best for your project. I bought bamboo sticks for my school's Filipino club for a traditional dance and they really helped me out with choosing the perfect pieces. Not only do they have poles for these purposes, but they also have decorative and craft pieces. 100% recommend for your bamboo needs..

So happy to find this place. The carbonite bamboo fencing 8X8 is awesome. The quality is way better than other shops. Each piece of bamboo is 1.25 inch diameter, equal cuts. The price was right also, they dont over price their product. We cut the bamboo to puzzle it in over our BBQ. Love my bamboo fence!

After searching a couple of online bamboo stores. I decided to order bamboo fencing from Creasian bamboo store. Tony , sale person is very patient to answer my questions on phone conversation within a hour.
