EVERY SINGLE TIME I go into this branch, there is 1 MAYBE 2 tellers and tons of people in line. The bank manager seems to just linger behind the tellars and giving the actual customers attitude. This is the first negative review I've ever written. I'm sure someone will respond with a "sorry for the inconvenience" but nothing will be done. It's been like this for 2 years. Managers name started with Sy. Can't remember the rest.

I left work early today to cash at check at 3:30pm Monday to find doors locked when they close at 4pm. I walked in when a gentleman was leaving to be greeted by Claudia (branch manager) and told unless I was making a deposit I couldn't cash a check?I asked what's going on with this bank and was told everyone's sick, nothing she can do. I've been doing business with this branch 30 years, WAY TOO LONG! Can't wait to move on.

All the branches are a big line or broken & no tellers working only office workers which do not Help Customers. I think BofA forgot Customers are their business-Shameful especially since the founder gave it to the Vatican.

I typically find in the past 3 years that B of A in Socal locations can be difficult to use due to closure, lack of coinage or systems down for unknown reasons. Quite irritating. Is it their fault or banking regulation? Who knows?

I needed a notary and my branch in Long Beach does not have one, so I called the Los Alamitos branch (used to live across the street). I navigated the menu and no one answers. Ever. This is the second time within a week I've needed their services and needed to ask a question prior to driving over. Forget it, no one answers. I do not understand why someone cannot at least answer, take your name and call you back. Supposedly I'm a 'preferred customer'; I'd hate to see how a 'regular customer' is treated. After waiting 16+ minutes. I hung up, and WAS pleasantly surprised someone DID call back! I asked if a notary was available, was put on hold, and then told the notary was all booked---this at 9:30 A.M ! How long does it take for someone to review your document and notarize it, 10-15 minutes?! No, I'm NOT making an appointment next week, I need this notarized today. I ended up googling notaries nearby and within the HOUR, had my document notarized! Just lousy service all around, in my opinion, by Bank of America. And I have been a customer for decades, and have always loved them! But please, at the very least, ANSWER THE PHONE. Sometimes you have a question BEFORE you go online or drive over! When no one answers the phone, the message to me is, we don't need your business, and we will get to you whenever we feel like it. I hate to think I might need to shop around for a bank that WILL at least pick up the phone. Please be better than this. Thanks!

I totally agree that it's the worst branch !!!!Incredible long waiting while Mexicans tellers are just checking emails and others things on their computers creating long lines of customers.The worst costumer service!!! and the supposed to be manager from today in the morning, just more idiot than any other employee... zero education and availability to manage a Bank.!!!You really should close your branch!!By the way, I went there just to cash a check, of course I don't have an account with the worst bank on the planet!!!

I am extremely disappointed! Tony should not be aloud to be on the floor! Anytime a manger says "I don't mean to be rude" you already knew you were out of line.

One of the worst branches of BofA! They NEVER answer their phone, and some of the information on their website is wrong. Bad customer service all around!

I just want to give a shout out to the tellers here. I'm not actually a member, I just came in for quarters, but the verbal abuse that they were taking from elderly customers was pretty insane and all of them took it on the chin like pros. 10 out of 10 would recommend
