I’ve been through this wash twice, each time in a different vehicle and I have yet to be convinced that the “Basic” $12 wash uses any soap in the process. The car in front of me had soap dropped two or three times in the wash process. Yet I never saw a single bubble form on my car. I understand the upsell and that I get none of those bells and whistles that the more expensive wash promises, but guys… maybe a little sprinkling of soap or car wash LED theatre would make me believe that the $12 I spent was for more than water shot at my car in 6 directions and a light slap from your sponge curtain. Even basic freebies like a disposable wipe would be nice touch and are usually included at other washes I visit. Until someone from Cleanwave can verify that the basic wash does indeed include soap or some other undercover surfactant that aids in the cleaning process, I am going to do my drive thru washing elsewhere.
Here’s a star for short wait time and available vacuums though!

Drive in drive out good wash, if your ride is very dirty start with a basic wash and then the premium

Meh. Too expensive for what is. For $20, get a hand wash and dry. Otherwise, $10 is still too much for a basic wash when the others are charging $5-6. I live in in the are, so I know they are using the location as an excuse to charge more.

If it wasn't for Andrew, I would still be stuck here after vacuuming the car and an awesome car wash and wax, somehow the doors locked. I had no keys. This place is great! Thanks Andrew, I know you will be great in your college endeavors!

I am rating this place at a one star. The car wash somehow dislodged my roof rail seam seals. And because of that I now have scratches on the side of my vehicle from where the seals were making contact with my rear passenger door. The seal on my passenger side scuffed up my rear passenger door from it making contact with it during the wash. I notify the attendant and they were quite dismissive which was pretty frustrating. I've had my vehicle through many different automatic washes and I haven't ever had this issue. Quite disappointed in my experience. Not only because of the damage to my vehicle but also because of the attendance being short, defensive, and lacking good customer service. I had an interaction at the payment kiosk that was less than desirable with a very very very pushy girl who wanted me to make a decision instantly as soon as she walked up to help me, when I was trying to weigh options for a monthly package and review there pricing. Fast talking me and showing a lot of impatience that I was taking longer than one second to make a decision.

Excellent costumer service. The manager Alex, personally emailed to ensure satisfaction. The staff is always attentive and friendly. First time my wheels were throughly cleaned on a drive through car wash. The vacuum area is kept clean and location is perfect for me. Will be coming back and highly recommend!

Worst car wash EVER!!! First off I had a horrible experience with a male employee there. One of the rudest customer service employees I have ever dealt with. Called the manager and he seemed more concerned about the negative review and less about how I was treated. Second you would literally need to drive through three consecutive times before any amount of dirt comes off your vehicle.Tried logging into my account in order to cancel my membership after the employee spoke to me the way he did. and it’s suddenly not recognizing my email??? What??!!!

Went through once and it there was still bird poop, bugs, leaves left on my car. Let them know and went through a second time for free but nothing changed. Took the wipe they gave me and easily cleaned off the remaining stuff myself, should’ve just cleaned it at home.

They wanted to sell me a membership. I said let's see how the wash goes. Well the wash was a short ride and didn't clean nearly as well as my subscription car wash which is only $20 a month. My car came out looking like it did when it went in, tons of bee poop. Vacuums here are powerful and too powerful to a fault so it's harder to use and doesn't clean as well either. Being that I had a subscription wash I could go to the next day, I did just that and my car came out clean like it should.
