The most unprofessional business I have ever encountered, I am not one to leave reviews but in this instance I find it absolutely necessary to warn any future patrons to stay away from this storage service. The owner was terribly unresponsive and continually would not allow me to pick up my items from the storage facility (citing a need for a 5 days notice just to come and pick up my own personal items, while not replying to my requests to pick up said items) and continuously charging a much over priced monthly fee. Same story for me. I paid for 2 boxes to be delivered and cannot get any reply. They took my money easily enough, but now I don't know what to do. We used them last year and while the communication wasn't great, we did get our boxes delivered to the dorm room. Very frustrating!

Very unprofessional owner. Does not keep appts for delivering storage. Some of my boxes were 'lost'. Reimbursement took 5 mos. I understand he is in the process of closing his office. GOOD NEWS.

This was the first and last time that I will sign up for a service without first checking reviews. I must have thought that they were in some way associated with Cal Poly and thus a vetted and reliable service to minimize the hassle of move-in day. Out of the several items that I shipped to them for delivery to Cal Poly, only one box with two pillows arrived. That was nearly two weeks ago, and I haven't heard a peep from them since then despite calls and email. Amazon confirms that the other items were dropped off at their facility, so at this point it's not clear where the rest of the order went. Disappointed that I apparently threw out a lot of money.

Absolutely terrible. Failed to pick up my daughter's boxes in June; then failed to deliver them back to college last week. Almost impossible to reach them - they don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Pick up experience in June resulted in my daughter almost missing her flight, leaving the boxes in a common area for collection, and then waiting for 3 days before we got confirmation that they actually had the boxes. Drop off last week was supposed to be on Friday afternoon; she finally got the boxes late Monday; again almost impossible to get in touch with them or get any meaningful status updates. Only consolation is that we did get the boxes and everything was intact. Otherwise, truly awful.
