The pharmacists here are amazing . They recommend programs to get meds cheaper to patients but also give me drug advice as a doctor when I am struggling w lack of drug availability or coverage issues. They go the extra mile in so many ways. Today I called in a med for my son at 1226pm. They are supposed to check messages every hour on the hour but I know many pharmacies that don't because everything is electronic these days. I was shocked when I got a text less than 15 minutes later that it was already filled! Amazing service!

I used to come to this pharmacy for years, now I’m looking to switch. HORRIBLE ROBOT PHONE SYSTEM, impossible to get in contact with a human unless you spend 4 minutes minimum listening to the robot voice and pressing the right buttons, this can be infuriating at some times, especially when you get thru it just to find out they just closed early and the phone system took too long to get thru. I distinctly remember calling 30min before they closed and when I finally got past the robot they decided to close early and I had to leave a message, I did not get my medication that day even tho I called over 30min before they close. I had to suffer because lazy workers and incompetent robot phone system.

I was visiting my mother and ran out of one of my prescriptions Johnny was very polite and helpful even though the pharmacy was crazy busy. He was able to fill my prescription I am able now to stay a little longer with my mother.

I was in this CVS on Tuesday 9/19/23 purchasing medicine and other items and was ready to ready to purchase no one to help saw a young man and he told me I had to use self service I told him I am union member and he still didn't help me! He said if he did he would get in trouble.!!Went store doesn't want money I had to go to the pharmacy department and they we very helpful..was not happy with the customer service called back to speak to a Mgr said no Mgr was there call back tomorrow!

I can no longer go to this pharmacy. It's always been substandard, but now they are incompetent, lack urgency, and the indifference of the pharmacy employees is too much for me.

Great to have a neighborhood pharmacy open on Sundays with reasonable hours. Parking was easy. Interior's clean and organized. Both Kim N. The pharmacist and Johnny Y. the pharmacy technician were courteous and very helpful. Service was prompt.

I just left this CVS with I came in to buy and couldn’t find it. The sales person, Morgan was kind enough to go over to the area and looked for my product. She found it! My hair color is usually sold out so I was very happy she took the time to help. :)

I'm was saddened to hear that CVS is no longer contracted with Blue Shield/Blue Cross. I'm having to move all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. How can they NOT be contracted with one of the largest insurance companies?? Very inconvenient!

Cashier standing at the register doing nothing made my 8-month pregnant wife checkout herself at the screen which was very difficult for her with all the stuff she was carrying and the low counter
